We're looking for a researcher with a space background to help chart the path for our systems into space. This is an R&D role: you'll investigate the constraints of the space environment, analyze architectural solutions for platforms, and build the technical foundation for decision-making. Overview

We are looking for an experienced UAV Pilot-Technician (multirotor) to join the flight team responsible for testing our flagship R&D product — a GPS-denied alternative navigation system. You will play a vital role in growing the product’s presence in Tier 1 markets. You will turn audience psychology into effective ad concepts and copy, conduct thorough testing, and oversee the entire creative process of your dedicated area.

Your qualities and skills that will be valued:

• You’re a creative marketing pro with 1+ years driving performance for B2C products.
• You’ve shipped winning creatives, fully owning the entire process.
• You have a strong analytical mindset and know how to work with key marketing metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPA, Hook Rate, Hold Rate).
• You deeply understand a target audience and know how to craft creatives that speak directly to user pain points.

• You’re results-driven, with a solid grasp of user acquisition and how performance marketing works.
• You know how to write killer briefs for designers and motion teams.
• English writing at a strong B2+.

Duties & Responsibilities 💼

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (startups, SMBs)
