B2B Sales Manager (US Market) — Remote

Binotel is a SaaS company with 15 years of experience in business communications. We’re expanding into the US market and looking for a B2B Sales Manager to join our international sales team.

What you’ll do

• Own the full sales cycle — from the first contact to a signed contract.
• Conduct discovery calls, demos, negotiations, and follow-ups with US-based businesses.
• Prospect and generate new B2B opportunities through outbound and cold outreach.
• Identify customer needs and offer relevant solutions from our product ecosystem: Cloud PBX, Call Tracking, CRM, Online Chat, and business automation tools.
• Handle objections and negotiate with decision-makers.
• Build long-term relationships with B2B clients.
• Keep CRM data up to date and maintain an accurate sales forecast.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

What we’re looking for

• 1+ year of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, IT, telecom, or a related industry.
• Hands-on experience with outbound and cold sales.
• English C1+ — confident communication with native speakers, including calls and negotiations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A results-oriented mindset and willingness to take ownership of your numbers.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
