Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager who will help keep the development process organized, ensure smooth collaboration across teams, and keep projects on track from planning to release.
You’ll work closely with the Product Owner, development teams, QA and design, as well as communicate daily with Dutch stakeholders.

Requirements
-1+ year of experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager in a software development team.
-Excellent English (C1+), both written and spoken, as you’ll communicate daily with Dutch stakeholders.
-Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including Boards, Sprints, Backlog, Pipelines and Test Plans.
-Ability to turn detailed product briefs and designs into clear, actionable tickets that developers can pick up without additional clarification.
-Experience with release planning and fixed deadlines. Our releases are tied to industry exhibitions, so you’ll need to manage feature freezes and fix-only periods before each event.
-Strong communication and meeting facilitation skills, including the ability to follow up with meeting summaries, action points, owners and deadlines.
-Sufficient technical literacy to communicate with engineers about APIs, backend and mobile development and identify potential risks early.

Responsibilities
-Own and maintain the backlog and sprint rhythm in Azure DevOps together with the Product Owner.
-Plan releases around industry exhibitions and ensure the scope remains realistic and achievable.
-Coordinate backend, frontend, QA and design teams, making sure dependencies are managed and no team is unnecessarily blocked.
-Keep the Product Owner proactively informed about progress, risks, decisions and blockers.
-Facilitate meetings and ensure that agreements, action points and next steps are clearly documented and followed up.
-Monitor timelines, dependencies and risks to help the team deliver releases on time.
