• Pilot multirotor UAVs & fixed-wings in field-testing scenarios
• Perform pre-flight checks and UAV setup
• Maintain airframes and supporting equipment
• Support flight planning and adherence to safety procedures
• Troubleshoot and repair UAV hardware issues
• Record and report flight data as needed
• Collaborate with engineers during testing and development of new platforms

Requirements

Must-have

• Real flight time on multirotor UAVs
• Solid understanding of how core UAV components work
• Advanced-user level of Ardupilot
• Experience with mission-planning software (Mission Planner)
• Ability to safely operate a drone in field conditions
• Diagnostic and repair skills for UAVs and supporting equipment

Nice to have

• STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) education
• Experience with fixed-wing UAVs
• Combat experience
• English at B1 level or higher
