About the role: The Implementation Specialist will lead the end-to-end execution of IT projects, overseeing requirements gathering, project planning, resource allocation, and risk management. This role requires strong project management skills and effective stakeholder communication to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of IT projects, including requirements gathering, project planning, resource allocation, and risk management. 
• Develop and manage remote implementation plans and schedules, implement best practices for remote work to maintain productivity and team cohesion.
• Ensure seamless integration of modules into existing systems across remote teams, establish and enforce quality standards and ensure that deliverables meet or exceed expectations.

• Update documentation based on user feedback and system changes.
• Coordinate user training and support for new systems, as well as system updates and processes, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.
• Provide virtual support to teams during the rollout of new modules.

• Serve as a liaison between the IT department and other business units in a remote setting. Work closely with projects/systems stakeholders, including business units, vendors, and IT teams, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

  
  Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT project management or implementation, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, software development, and infrastructure projects. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage conflicts, and drive results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Possess overall responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control, and completion of projects according to the agreed scope, time, cost, and quality criteria.

A solid understanding of the web design process is crucial for this role.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

- Manage project development from initiation to closure, within budget, timeline, and quality standards. This involves leading the product development team on the projects that typically last 2-3 years.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, ensuring smooth progress and addressing challenges.
- Plan and manage project timelines and milestones, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and objectives are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure steady progress.

Team management:

- Manage a web development team of backend and frontend developers, a designer, and a QA engineer. Effectively plan and manage the allocation of team members’ time on projects.

Stakeholders management:

- Manage stakeholder communication throughout the lifecycle of website development projects.

Quality management:

- Ensure that the project’s deliverables meet the defined quality standards and stakeholders’ expectations.

REQUIREMENTS

We’re looking for Project Manager who has:

• 1-3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, preferably in FinTech, banking, or payments;
• Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Scaled Agile methodologies;
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, BA, UI/UX, DevOps, etc.);
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance (e.g., PCI DSS, KYC, AML) is a plus;
• Technical background (Relevant University Degree OR Software Development/Testing experience OR Deep technical understanding);
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and project tracking tools;
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple workstreams, and meet deadlines;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Fluent English (B2+) for communication with international teams and clients.

   

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Project Manager you will:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives;

This role involves full responsibility for managing internal product initiatives from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality expectations. A solid understanding of the web development lifecycle is required.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

- Manage project development from initiation to closure, within budget, timeline, and quality standards. This involves leading the product development team on the projects that typically last 2-3 years.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, ensuring smooth progress and addressing challenges.
- Plan and manage project timelines and milestones, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and objectives are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure steady progress.

Team management:

- Manage a web development team of backend and frontend developers, a designer, and a QA engineer. Effectively plan and manage the allocation of team members’ time on projects.

Stakeholders management:

- Manage stakeholder communication throughout the lifecycle of website development projects.

Quality management:

- Ensure that the project’s deliverables meet the defined quality standards and stakeholders’ expectations.

Required skills:

- Experience/strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
Solid understanding of the SDLC.
- Strong knowledge of UX design and ability to guide design teams.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong presentational skills: proficiency in direct stakehoder communication and delivering project updates throughout different stages.
- Strong in people management, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Initiative-driven with a proactive approach to improving project outcomes.

- Excellent self-organization, time management, and prioritization skills.

Availability to work GMT+2 hours (10 am to 7 pm).
