Creative Production

• Produce advertising video creatives based on briefs from the Creative Manager
• Independently search for footage and source materials for creatives when required
• Quickly implement edits and improvements based on test results (within 24 hours)

Template-Based Work

• Collect, maintain, and use ready-made smart presets and templates
• Participate in improving and updating templates for new formats and creative hypotheses

Quality Assurance

• Follow creative guidelines (dimensions, duration, text readability, teaser, and preview requirements)
• Check creatives for bugs, faulty renders, and visual artifacts before delivery

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with the Creative Manager to fully understand tasks and objectives
• Track creative performance based on test results in collaboration with Media Buyers and the Creative Manager
• Convert feedback into improvements for future creatives

Formats & Adaptations

• Prepare and adapt creatives for different landing pages, headlines, and offers
   

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience as a Video Editor in performance-oriented environments such as e-commerce, product apps, or affiliate/arbitrage marketing teams
• Confident use of one or more video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of After Effects (or ability and willingness to learn)
• Strong understanding of dynamic video editing principles

We are looking for an experienced SEO Account Manager to nurture client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure client success in the competitive SEO niche. This role combines elements of customer support and customer success, focusing on helping clients maximize their budget spend on links while overcoming any challenges.
 

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients, guiding them on effective budget allocation for link building to achieve their SEO goals.
• Drive upsell opportunities by recommending donor sites, demonstrating platform features, and showcasing new functionalities to increase client spend and revenue.
• Conduct troubleshooting and provide hands-on support to resolve client issues related to platform usage, link acquisition, or integration.
• Monitor client performance metrics, analyze usage patterns, and proactively suggest optimizations to improve ROI and retention.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to gather client feedback and contribute to platform improvements.
• Prepare regular reports on client revenue, engagement, and success metrics.
• Participate in client-facing demos, webinars, or events to build trust and promote advanced features.
• Ensure high client satisfaction through timely responses and personalized strategies.
   

What we expect from the candidate:

• Proven experience in account management, customer success, or support roles, preferably in SaaS, link building, or digital marketing (at least 2–3 years).
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including backlinks, donor site selection, keyword strategies, and domain authority.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
• Proactive problem-solving mindset: ability to troubleshoot issues independently and turn challenges into upsell opportunities.
• Data-driven approach: track and analyze client metrics to drive revenue growth.
• Fluent English (B2-C1); additional languages are a plus for international clients.
• Ownership mentality: take full responsibility for client success.
   

Key Performance Indicators:

• Total revenue managed from assigned clients (e.g., monthly recurring revenue or budget spend on links).
• Client LTV growth.

Про роль

Ти будеш першою маркетинговою людиною в команді. Працюєш напряму з CEO та дизайнером, самостійно закриваєш усі канали комунікації та операційно виконуєш стратегію. Що ти робитимеш

- Розробляти та виконувати Go-To-Market стратегію

- Будувати стратегію комунікації під кожен канал (LinkedIn, соцмережі, email, контент тощо)

- Формувати персоналізовану комунікацію під кожен портрет клієнта (ICP)

- Писати статті, тексти, пости — контент, що продає та будує бренд

- Координувати роботу з дизайнером та підрядниками

- Проводити аналіз ринку та конкурентів

- Збирати аналітику, звітувати по результатах і коригувати стратегію

- Самостійно підключати необхідних підрядників під задачі

- Пропонувати нові ідеї та ініціативи — не чекати задач, а генерувати їх

Що ми очікуємо

- Від 1 року досвіду в маркетингу (або суміжних ролях)
