Role Objective
To build a consistent flow of views, followers, and engagement through live streams; to generate organic and low-cost traffic; to strengthen brand communication; and to test scalable formats for performance marketing.
Format & Platforms

- Host regular live streams on TikTok / Instagram Live / YouTube / Twitch
- Create engaging real-time content: communication, reactions, challenges, themed or gaming formats
- Maintain activity during the stream β respond to comments, engage viewers

Growth & Traffic
- Generate organic views, retention, and returning traffic

Content Pre-processing Support
- Prepare the streaming environment: scene setup, visuals, technical elements
- Collect content ideas, prepare topics, follow editorial guidelines
- Transfer stream highlights to motion designers for Reels/Shorts/TikTok repurposing
Internal Collaboration
- Collaborate with media buyers depending on traffic goals and hypotheses
- Work with the R&D team on format testing and result tracking
- Communicate with the technical integrator regarding streaming setup (accounts, proxies, live tools)

Experience
- Experience with streaming / live broadcasts / blogging is preferred

What Youβll Do:- Design landing pages and web sections in close collaboration with our copywriter and marketing team.
- Create preview images for blog posts, job openings, and social media content (LinkedIn, Telegram, etc).
- Work on visual assets for internal communication (All Hands presentations, event graphics, etc).
- Maintain and evolve the companyβs visual style β ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the CEO, People team, and copywriter to translate messages into engaging visuals.
What Weβre Looking For:- 1+ years of experience designing landing pages, marketing visuals, or web interfaces.
- A solid portfolio with examples of landing pages, blog/social previews, or brand assets.
- Strong grasp of brand design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling β and the ability to explain your design choices.
- Proficiency in Figma and comfort working in a collaborative, async-first environment.
- Independence and ownership β you can manage your time and thrive without highly detailed specs.
