About the Role

We are looking for a technically strong Application Support & Implementation Engineer to join our team and take ownership of the setup, configuration, verification, and day-to-day technical operation of client environments for our B2B online casino platform.

This is not a software development or DevOps/cloud infrastructure role. You will work at the intersection of Product Engineering, DevOps, QA, and Client Onboarding, helping to identify and resolve technical and configuration issues efficiently and independently.

Your goal will be to investigate and solve operational problems at the application and environment level, involving software developers only when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and verify client environments and application integrations.
• Provide L2 technical support and investigate production issues.
• Analyze logs, system behavior, configurations, and API requests to identify root causes.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, and environment-related issues.
• Work with Linux servers and command-line tools.
• Perform SQL queries and investigate database-related issues.
• Test and troubleshoot REST APIs, HTTP requests, and JSON payloads.
• Monitor application and environment health using monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve complex issues.
• Support client onboarding and technical implementation activities.
• Document troubleshooting procedures, configurations, and solutions.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to technical processes.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in Application Support, L2 Technical Support, Production Support, Implementation Engineering, Integration Engineering, or Technical Operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Practical experience with:
  • Linux, command line, and SSH
  • SQL and relational databases
  • REST APIs, HTTP, and JSON
  • Docker
  • Application and system logs
  • Git
  • Monitoring tools such as Grafana and/or Prometheus
  • Basic networking concepts, DNS, ports, and SSL
  • Basic scripting
• Ability to independently investigate technical issues and identify their root cause.
• Ability to distinguish between configuration, infrastructure, third-party provider, and application-code issues.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to document technical solutions and procedures.
• English sufficient for communication with technical teams and clients.
