Dokport OY

Dokport is a Finnish digital health company building a next level telemedicine service for individuals and an occupational health platform for companies in Finland and other EU countries.

Our product and engineering team works across multiple projects, with 1–3 people assigned to each project. You should be comfortable collaborating with others and taking responsibility for a project independently. Sometimes, you will be the main engineer on a project: understanding user needs, making technical and product decisions, and taking it from idea to production.

We don’t expect you to know everything in advance. We value ownership, quick learning and the ability to get things working in production.

What you’ll do

• Build and ship features across frontend and backend
• Take ownership of projects from idea to production
• Understand user needs and help decide how features should work
• Make technical and product decisions independently when needed
• Design APIs and backend services
• Work with PostgreSQL schemas, queries and migrations
• Build and maintain real-time features such as chat
• Integrate third-party services for payments, e-signatures, invoicing and email
• Debug production issues and improve existing systems
• Review code and contribute to technical decisions
   

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of production experience with TypeScript, React and Node.js
• 1+ year working with PostgreSQL or another SQL database
• 6+ months of hands-on experience with Redis, WebSockets (Socket.IO) and a cloud platform — we use Google Cloud
• Experience shipping and maintaining web applications used by real users
• Ability to work independently and take a feature from idea to production
• You actively use AI-assisted development tools in your daily work
• English at B2 level or higher for daily written communication

Role

We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Marketing Specialist to own Dokport’s social media growth and content distribution.

This is a broad SMM role covering content strategy, content production, channel growth, community engagement, influencer collaborations, trend research, and performance analysis. We are looking for someone who can grow attention and acquisition, not only maintain a posting calendar.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute Dokport’s social media strategy
• Grow our presence across relevant platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others
• Research trends, formats, competitors, creators, and topics relevant to healthcare
• Develop content ideas, formats, scripts, and publishing plans
• Coordinate or create short-form video, static content, educational posts, and other social formats
• Identify content opportunities based on current trends and audience interests
• Manage organic distribution and improve reach, engagement, followers, and conversions
• Find and coordinate collaborations with creators, influencers, healthcare professionals, and relevant partners
• Repurpose strong content across multiple platforms
• Test different hooks, formats, topics, creatives, and publishing approaches
• Monitor comments, audience feedback, and community signals
• Track performance and identify which content contributes to traffic, patient acquisition, leads, and revenue
• Work closely with founders, healthcare professionals, designers, and performance marketing

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience growing social media accounts or brands
• Strong understanding of organic social media growth
• Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and short-form content
• Ability to identify trends and turn them into relevant content quickly
• Strong content instincts: hooks, storytelling, formats, positioning, and distribution
• Experience working with creators or influencers
• Ability to analyze performance and make decisions based on data
• Comfortable independently generating ideas and executing them
• Strong English communication skills
• Comfortable working in healthcare or another regulated environment

Role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior SEO Specialist to own organic growth for Dokport, a Finnish digital healthcare platform.

This is a broad SEO role covering technical SEO, on-page SEO, content strategy, link building, website authority, and international SEO. We are looking for someone who understands the full SEO picture, not only content production.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building the strategy, and executing or coordinating the work needed to grow qualified organic traffic and patient acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute Dokport’s overall SEO strategy
• Identify growth opportunities across technical, on-page, content, and off-page SEO
• Conduct keyword, competitor, search-intent, and backlink research
• Optimize service pages, landing pages, metadata, internal linking, and website structure
• Develop SEO content strategy and briefs based on search demand and commercial opportunities
• Manage technical SEO, including crawling, indexing, canonicals, sitemaps, redirects, structured data, and website performance
• Build website authority through link building, outreach, partnerships, link reclamation, and other relevant methods
• Analyse competitors’ backlink profiles and identify new opportunities
• Manage multilingual and international SEO
• Work closely with developers, healthcare professionals, and content creators
• Ensure health-related content is accurate, trustworthy, and appropriate for a regulated healthcare environment
• Track rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, conversions, consultations, and revenue
• Continuously test and improve organic landing-page performance
• Monitor changes in search, including AI search and GEO

Requirements
