    What We’re Looking For:
     

    • Experience as a VIP Team Lead in the gambling industry (experience in Tier 1 markets and Canada is a plus);
    • Strong English skills (C1), proficiency in French or German is a plus;
    • Proven track record in building and scaling VIP teams and operations;
    • Ability to establish and improve KPIs for VIP agents, manage metrics for VIP players, and reactivate inactive VIP players;
    • Experience in creating effective communication strategies for different segments of VIP players;
    • Strong analytical skills to develop comprehensive reports on metrics for VIP players, as well as KPI metrics for VIP managers;
    • Experience with operational process development, including creating internal guidelines for VIP managers.

     
    What You’ll Be Doing:
     

    • Achieving specific goals and KPIs;
    • Monitoring VIP client activities and providing analytics for key VIP players;
    • Establishing and enhancing communication strategies for VIP players;
    • Training the team, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and providing recommendations;
    • Coordinating with departments to enhance the VIP segment and ensuring high-quality task performance by VIP department;
    • Implementing and maintaining operational processes for the VIP segment, including internal guidelines and coordination with other departments;
    • Working directly with top VIP clients to maintain strong relationships.
