Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle:
— Support new hires from offer to the end of the probation period;
— Organize onboarding meetings and collect feedback;
— Support employees throughout their journey, including offboarding and exit interviews.
Talent Growth & Performance:
— Coordinate learning and development initiatives and budgets;
— Administer internal trainings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions;
— Assist in organizing Performance Reviews.
Engagement & Retention:
— Conduct surveys (welcome, pulse, eNPS, exit);
— Support employees with daily HR requests;
