We are looking for a Middle Link Builder to join our SaaS SEO/GEO team and work on client projects across international markets.

We need a specialist with hands-on experience in link building and outreach who can independently build donor databases, communicate with webmasters, negotiate placements & prices, and control the quality of acquired links.

This role is a good fit for someone who understands how link building impacts SEO performance, works systematically, manages budgets and reporting, and can help improve and standardize outreach processes within the team.

We have processes and guidance on how to make the work effective for clients. You will have a mentor who will make your intro period smoother.

Responsibilities

• Outreach - 80% of time
  • Build, validate, and update link donor databases for client projects.
  • Run outreach campaigns independently: cold emails, follow-ups, negotiations with webmasters, placement terms, and payment coordination (some level of process automation is available and developing).
  • Negotiate different placement formats: guest posts, niche edits/link insertions, listicle mentions, link exchanges, partnership placements.
  • Write, test, and adapt outreach templates based on the client’s niche, donor type, and placement format.
  • Search for and analyze high-quality donors using key metrics: RD, DR, Top Pages, organic traffic, spam score, and relevance.
  • Analyze competitors and identify new link-building opportunities.
  • Control placement quality: anchor profile, target pages, dofollow/nofollow status, indexing, relevance, correct URLs, and link retention after 30/90 days.
  • Maintain footprint hygiene and avoid risky patterns, low-quality donors, and signs of mass outreach.
  • Monitor clients’ backlink profiles for toxic links, unwanted changes, or potential attacks.
  • Maintain placement trackers, budget reports, and monthly reporting for your area of responsibility.
  • Communicate with contractors and control deadlines, quality, and placement costs.
  • Collaborate with SEO specialists on priority pages, anchors, link types, and overall SEO strategy.
  • Contribute to improving and standardizing link building/outreach processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in link building/outreach.
• Experience working with English-speaking markets.
• Experience with B2B / IT / SaaS niches or similar international projects.
• English: written — B2 or higher; spoken — B1+. The main communication format in English is written communication; calls in English are not required.
• Practical experience with guest posts, niche edits/link insertions, link exchanges, listicle mentions, and partnership placements.
• Strong understanding of donor quality, backlink profiles, anchor profiles, and basic SEO principles.
• Ability to analyze donors by SEO metrics, traffic, relevance, content quality, and potential risks.
• Experience negotiating with webmasters regarding terms, pricing, deadlines, and placement formats.
• Experience working with international GEOs: UK, USA, EU, and MENA.
• Experience with crowd marketing and Reddit.
• Basic understanding of Technical SEO and Website Optimization.
• Experience with content tasks: copywriting, rewriting, and adapting texts for outreach.
• Experience maintaining spreadsheets, trackers, reports, budgets, and payment control.
• Experience working with contractors and external partners.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, system thinking, and responsibility for results.

The company already provides access to Ahrefs and SEvisible, as well as existing donor databases and outreach templates. At the same time, the candidate should be able to build new contact databases for specific client needs.
