We’re looking for a CMO to join a small team behind a newly launched on-chain lottery built on EVM.

The product is live and we’re now focused on growth. You’ll work directly with the founders, own marketing from strategy to execution, and help build the team as we scale.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the marketing and GTM strategy.
• Define positioning, target audience, messaging and growth priorities.
• Build and scale user acquisition across paid and Web3-native channels.
• Own performance marketing, including Meta Ads.
• Test and develop KOL, affiliate, community and partnership channels.
• Own the funnel: acquisition → landing page → wallet connection → first transaction → repeat usage.
• Work with Product on CRO, activation and retention.
• Set up marketing analytics, attribution and reporting.
• Track and improve CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention and conversion.
• Be hands-on with campaigns, creatives, messaging and experiments.
• Use AI tools where they can improve marketing performance and efficiency.
• Build and lead the marketing team as the product grows.

Must-Have:

• Previous CMO / Head of Marketing / Head of Growth experience.
• Proven Web3 experience — mandatory.
• Strong understanding of EVM, wallets, smart contracts and on-chain user flows.
• 5+ years in marketing, growth, performance marketing or UA.
• Strong hands-on experience with paid acquisition and Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, CRO and attribution.
• Experience with 0→1 products or early-stage companies.
• Comfortable being hands-on, not just managing.
• English — B2+.
• Ukrainian — fluent.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in token launchpads, prediction markets, DeFi, trading platforms, fintech, iGaming or betting, or other transactional Web3 products.
• Experience with Web3 KOLs, affiliates, communities and partnerships.
• Experience with products involving wallets, on-chain transactions and Web3 user flows.

About the Project:

We are building a decentralized Web3 lottery platform powered by smart contracts and transparent on-chain mechanics. The system combines blockchain logic, backend services, and a modern web interface to ensure secure ticket processing, verifiable randomness, and automated prize distribution.

Responsibilities:
Find and contact Web3 influencers, KOLs and streamers across X, Telegram, YouTube, Twitch, Kick and other relevant channels.
Build and maintain relationships with Web3 creators.
Negotiate rates, terms and campaign formats.
Manage influencer campaigns from outreach and negotiation to launch and reporting.
Track campaign performance and evaluate results by traffic, conversions and other relevant metrics.
Test different KOLs, audiences and campaign formats.
Build and maintain a network of reliable Web3 KOLs and streamers for ongoing cooperation.
Work with the team on campaign messaging, offers and content.
Manage the influencer budget and focus on measurable results.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in influencer / KOL marketing.
Hands-on experience working with Web3 influencers and KOLs is mandatory.
Experience working with creators on X, Telegram, YouTube, Twitch and/or Kick.
Existing contacts with Web3 KOLs, influencers and streamers are a strong advantage.
Good understanding of the Web3 audience, channels and influencer market.
Experience negotiating rates and managing paid collaborations.
Ability to evaluate influencers based on audience quality, engagement and campaign results, not just follower count.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Independent and proactive approach to finding new influencers and opportunities.
English — B2+.
Ukrainian — fluent.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or product teams
• Proven hands-on experience working with Web3 products and dApps (must-have)
• Strong product mindset — you understand the why behind a feature, not only the requirements and deadlines
• Experience delivering product features or complex functionality end-to-end
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Strong requirements management skills: gathering, structuring, documenting, and translating requirements into development tasks
• Practical understanding of dApp user flows, including wallet connection, transaction lifecycle, signing flows, gas fees, and smart contract interactions
• Ability to look at a feature from the user and product perspective and identify gaps, risks, or better solutions
• Experience working with cross-functional teams: engineering, QA, design
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
• Experience with planning, estimation, prioritization, and timeline tracking
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of product features within Web3 products and dApps, from requirements to release
• Understand the product goal and user value behind each feature
• Work with Product and stakeholders to clarify and challenge requirements when needed
• Gather, analyze, and structure business and product requirements
• Translate requirements into clear and actionable tasks for the development team
• Manage priorities, scope, and changes throughout the delivery process
• Coordinate engineering, QA, design, and other stakeholders
• Track timelines, progress, dependencies, and delivery quality
• Work closely with the team on dApp-specific flows, including wallet connection, transaction states, signing UX, and smart contract interactions
• Consider Web3-specific aspects such as transaction flows, UX clarity, and security
• Spot product or UX issues during delivery and proactively suggest improvements
• Identify and mitigate risks
• Keep project and product documentation up to date
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the delivery process
