    We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our software development company. The focus of this Business Analyst will be on early stage future/potential projects (tenders, Requests for Proposals), including reviewing and qualifying opportunities, producing and submitting comprehensive proposals.

    Important: This position requires a large volume of information processing/analysis (90%), reviewing documents, putting proposals together. There is less interactions with people (5-10%).

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    Analyze RFP Opportunities: Examine incoming RFPs to understand requirements and assess alignment with company capabilities.

    Opportunity Evaluation: Evaluate the potential benefits of RFPs and make informed decisions on pursuit strategies.

    Proposal Coordination: Act as the liaison for RFP processes, clarifying details and gathering necessary information with minimal direct contact.

    Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to obtain development estimates and ensure proposals are competitive.

    Proposal Production: Oversee the creation and submission of detailed proposals that highlight the company's strengths.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    Strong written and spoken English for effective communication.

    Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

    Basic understanding of software development processes and terminology.
