For our partner BigD we are looking for a Influence Manager.  If you believe your CV is a good fit for this position, please send it to us!

    About BigD

BigD is a fast-growing iGaming company operating multiple successful online casino and betting brands across global markets, with a strong presence in LATAM. We build long-term partnerships with publishers, affiliate networks, and creators who drive meaningful traffic and measurable results.

Our team combines deep industry expertise, high operational standards, and a strong performance-driven culture. We’re now expanding our marketing department and seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager who will scale our influencer/streamer acquisition across LATAM and other priority regions.

    Role Overview

The Influencer Marketing Manager will own the entire cycle of creator partnerships — from research and outreach to campaign management, execution, and performance analysis. Your core goal is simple: build cost-effective influencer funnels that bring stable, high-quality traffic and deliver measurable ROI.

This is a hands-on position requiring strong market knowledge, creativity, communication skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Influencer Strategy & Acquisition

Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive high-quality traffic to BigD brands.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers, streamers, creators, and micro-creators across LATAM.
Negotiate collaboration formats, pricing, KPIs, and campaign expectations.
    Campaign Planning & Execution

Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end: from idea and scripting to content approval and final publication.
Prepare detailed briefs, technical requirements, scripts, and creative angles.
Coordinate communication with creators, agents, and production teams.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
    Optimization & Performance

Monitor campaign results and optimize based on KPIs, traffic quality, conversion rate, and ROI goals.
Identify winning formats and scale successful partnerships.
    Track budgets, payouts, and deliverables.
    Research & Reporting

Prepare competitive analysis and market landscape reports for influencer activities in LATAM.
Track industry trends, new platforms, and emerging traffic opportunities.
Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to the marketing and growth teams.

    What Company Expects From You

    Experience & Skills

1+ year of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or digital marketing roles.
Hands-on experience working with influencers in the LATAM region.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, TikTok, and streaming platforms.
Ability to evaluate influencer profiles based on audience quality, geography, engagement, and cost metrics.
Solid understanding of performance indicators: CR, CTR, CPC, CAC, ROI, retention metrics.
Proficiency with analytical tools used to monitor creator performance and track campaign results.
    Personal Qualities

Creativity and the ability to generate new campaign concepts.
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Self-driven mindset and comfort working with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    We Offer

Competitive compensation tied to experience and results (fixed + performance-based components where applicable).
Remote-first format with flexible schedule and focus on outcomes, not hours.
Opportunity to work with strong iGaming brands and large influencer budgets in LATAM and other GEOs.
Professional growth: direct contact with experienced marketing, product, and analytics teams; ability to test new formats, tools, and platforms.
Supportive environment with fast decision-making, minimum bureaucracy, and space for initiative.
Paid vacation and sick leave in line with company policies.
Long-term cooperation with the opportunity to grow into a Senior Influencer Manager or Team Lead role as the department scales.

We are helping one of our product partners build a core AI-driven advertising platform and are looking for an AI Creative Strategist to join their internal team. The product is an autonomous advertising system where AI agents create, launch, and optimize campaigns at scale. The long-term goal is to move beyond rule-based decisions toward a system that learns and improves performance over time.

Creative strategy is one of the highest-leverage inputs in the product: a single improvement in prompt logic can affect thousands of campaigns instantly. While the system can already generate ads autonomously, it needs clear creative signals and hypotheses to guide learning and optimization. Your work provides this signal layer and directly feeds into the ML optimization loop.

    Responsibilities

    • Design, test, and iterate prompt logic for AI agents across strategy, copy, keywords, compliance, visuals, and optimization
    • Continuously analyze competitor activity using spy tools and translate winning patterns into structured prompts
    • Formulate and test multiple creative hypotheses weekly and evaluate their impact on performance metrics
    • Analyze campaign performance data to identify which creative angles and patterns drive sustainable ROI
    • Build and maintain a prompt library of validated creative patterns, structured by vertical and geography
    • Work closely with the ML Engineer to align creative signals with prediction models, reward functions, and optimization logic

    Must-have requirements

    • Degree in a quantitative or analytical field such as Mathematics, Economics, or Marketing with a strong analytics focus
    • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising (native ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) with a deep understanding of CPC, CTR, ROMI, and RPC
    • AI-native working style with daily use of LLMs and generative tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, or similar
    • High hypothesis velocity with a focus on systematic testing rather than isolated execution
    • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to review large datasets and extract creative patterns that differentiate high-performing campaigns
    • Ability to design multi-step prompt chains where the output of one agent becomes the input for another

    Nice to have

    • Proficiency with competitive intelligence and spy tools such as AdPlexity, Anstrex, or SpyFu
    • Experience writing LLM prompts in production environments, including system prompts and few-shot prompting
    • Basic SQL or data querying skills
    • Familiarity with tracking platforms such as Binom or Voluum

    Language requirements
English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher. Code, prompts, and data are the primary working languages. No client-facing communication is required.
