    We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Lead who can own growth, lead with accountability, and step in hands-on to turn performance around when needed. This is not a task management role, it’s about building a machine that delivers results and leading from the front.
     

    Your Core Outputs
     

    • Responsible for driving measurable sales growth month after month. You will be expected to design strategies that not only bring in new clients but also maximize revenue from existing accounts. Consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets is non-negotiable.
    • Build and maintain a reliable pipeline of qualified leads. This means creating predictable deal flow through multiple channels including outbound, inbound, affiliates, partnerships, and targeted campaigns.
    • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing strategies that directly contribute to sales growth. Campaigns must generate clear ROI, strengthen our positioning in high-risk industries, and ensure we stand out in crowded markets.
    • Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team. Identify quickly when performance is dropping, analyze the cause, and step in directly with hands-on demonstrations to show the team how to achieve the required results. Accountability, speed of correction, and consistent improvement are essential.
    • Identify and open new sales and marketing channels. Build and scale partnerships, affiliates, and outreach programs that expand our reach and deliver sustainable growth across multiple markets.
    • Strengthen the company’s position as a trusted leader in high-risk advertising. Oversee content, community engagement, and brand identity to ensure consistent, professional, and bold market presence.
    • Track all key performance metrics, analyze results, and present clear, actionable insights to the executive team. Data should be used to continually refine strategy, maximize efficiency, and make performance-driven decisions.
       

    What You Bring
     

    • A minimum of 7 years in sales, marketing, or growth roles with proven success in building teams and exceeding revenue targets.
    • A results-driven mindset with the ability to hold yourself and others accountable to clear metrics.
    • Strong leadership skills - you coach, correct, and inspire, but you also step in and demonstrate when results are not being achieved.
    • Experience building scalable sales and marketing processes from the ground up.
    • Deep expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO, and content strategy.

    • Provide day-to-day support to the CMO: scheduling, calendar and inbox management.
    • Conduct research and prepare briefs, reports, and insights for marketing initiatives.
    • Assist with calls, follow-ups, and coordination across projects.
    • Organize and prioritize tasks, ensuring deadlines and commitments are met.
