    We are an American recruiting company with more than 30 years of success in the US recruiting market. As the IT market keeps growing, we are looking to expand our talented international team of Recruiters.

     

    What you’ll do

    This is a communication-driven role that combines recruiting and sales activities. Your typical day includes:

    • Proactive calling to identify qualified candidates among the ones selected by our sourcing team
    • Interviewing candidates and preparing their documents
    • Coaching candidates before interviews with our clients
    • Conducting follow-ups after interviews
    • Extending job offers and supporting candidates through the offer process

     

    What you need

    • Upper-Intermediate English or higher
    • Good communication skills. Most of your day is going to be spent communicating: the better you can demonstrate your ability to listen, explain different roles and negotiate, the better results you will get
    • Self-motivation and the ability to stay consistent in a remote environment
    • Goal-oriented mindset - you like measurable achievements
    • Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 3 pm till midnight Kyiv time (8 hours of work with a 1-hour break)
    • Personal laptop or PC (corporate laptop provided after 6 months)

    As an IT Researcher, you will play a key role in supporting our global recruitment team. Your main focus will be on identifying and engaging IT talent across different regions, conducting market research, and building strong candidate pipelines.


    Daily Scope of Work:

    • Actively search for qualified candidates according to vacancy requirements using multiple channels: LinkedIn, professional communities, forums, internal database, job boards, and social networks.
    • Conduct CV screening, manage candidate profiles in SmartRecruiters, and keep all information up to date.
    • Initiate contact with potential candidates (including “cold” outreach) and build initial engagement.
    • Conduct market analysis, research, and prepare reports and presentations to support hiring decisions.
    • Maintain, structure, and expand internal recruitment databases and related reports.
    • Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other departments to ensure smooth hiring processes.
    • Perform other duties as may be required consistent with the purpose of this role.


    Qualifications

    • 1+ years of experience in a recruitment agency, IT company, marketing, or sales department in a junior/assistant/researcher role.
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher (flexible schedule available for students).
    • Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher, both written and spoken.
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
    • Flexibility, resilience, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to process, interpret, and present data.
