    - 1+ year in MarTech/PPC/SEO/CRO, or 6+ months in Growth/Product Marketing/Product.
    - Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
    - Experience with funnels, performance metrics, and measurable product impact.
    - Curiosity for automation and modern AI tools.
    - Upper-Intermediate+ English.

    Will be an advantage:

    - Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Amplitude, or similar tools.
    - Background in review, comparison, or quiz-based funnels.
    - AI automation/content projects.

Type of cooperation: office in Kyiv or remote.

    Why appflame?

    - Involvement in Ukrainian products that compete with the world’s best players.
