The LOGITY TECH team creates technological solutions to the challenges brokers and carriers face in trucking logistics. We’re building a digital broker-centric ecosystem that includes a proprietary Transportation Management System, Loadboard, and mobile solutions for drivers and dispatchers.
We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager who enjoys working closely with products, teams, and business goals. This role is focused primarily on practical product management responsibilities — from discovery and prioritization to delivery and iteration — while also offering the opportunity to gradually grow into product leadership responsibilities.
You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, shape product solutions, rioritize initiatives, and ensure high-quality execution. We are open both to experienced Product Managers who still prefer to stay deeply involved in hands-on product work, and to strong Product Managers who are ready to grow toward a lead role.
YOU ARE
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management with ownership of digital B2B or B2C products
- Strong in hands-on product management and comfortable independently driving product initiatives
- Experienced in the full product lifecycle: discovery, delivery, launch, and iteration
- Able to conduct user research, analyze feedback, and translate insights into actionable product requirements
- Confident in backlog management, prioritization, and writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Comfortable working closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and Analytics teams on a daily basis
- Strong communicator with the ability to align stakeholders around priorities and product direction
- Analytical and data-driven in decision-making; experienced with product metrics and performance analysis
- Familiar with Agile development processes and product delivery practices
- Leadership or mentorship experience is a plus, but not required
- Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel or similar)
YOU WOULD LOVE TO
- Conduct user research directly with internal users freight brokers through interviews, observation, and feedback channels
- Build feedback loops from analytics, user insights, and industry trends to support product decision-making
- Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements, specifications, and development priorities
- Own and continuously maintain the product backlog to ensure focus on high-impact initiatives
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed product documentation for the development team
- Lead backlog refinement, grooming, and discovery sessions together with Engineering and Design teams
- Work closely with developers and QA specialists, clarify requirements, resolve ambiguities, and support smooth delivery execution
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and help maintain clear product direction and priorities
- Define and track success metrics for released features, including adoption, engagement, and business impact
- Analyze feature performance after launch, identify improvement opportunities, and iterate based on data and feedback
- Use analytics and experimentation to validate hypotheses and support product decisions
- Communicate priorities, progress, trade-offs, and risks transparently to stakeholders
- Maintain structured and transparent product documentation in Confluence and related tools
- Contribute to strengthening product processes, collaboration, and product thinking within the team
- Support coordination and mentorship activities within the product team where needed while remaining deeply involved in hands-on product work
