About the role

• Work the reply/approval queue daily: approve, fix, or escalate agent-drafted responses; never let a positive reply rot.
• Own follow-up cadences and booking conversion; report replies → meetings.
• Improve process and playbooks through GitHub as you spot patterns.

Your regular tasks:
— Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and engage potential clients;
— Create and maintain a consistent flow of high-quality leads to support the company’s growth;
— Research and target potential customers through various channels, including online platforms, events, and social networks;
— Conduct outreach efforts to establish initial contact and gather contact information;
— Assess and qualify leads to determine their fit for PAYDO’s services;
— Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that leads align with the company’s ideal customer profile;
— Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead databases, ensuring data integrity and privacy compliance;
— Use CRM tools and software to organize, track, and manage leads throughout the sales funnel;
— Where relevant, use automations to source more contacts without sacrificing quality
— Regularly analyze lead generation data to identify trends, optimise strategies, and improve conversion rates;
— Provide insights and recommendations to refine lead generation efforts;
— Work closely with the sales, marketing, and business development teams to align lead generation strategies with overall company goals;
— Communicate effectively to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads to the sales team;
— Set and achieve lead generation targets and key performance indicators (KPIs);
— Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging lead generation techniques;
— Continuously adapt strategies to evolving market dynamics.

Main requirements:
— 1+ years of relevant field management sales experience;
— 1+ years of experience in Fintech/Payment/ High-tech and B2B Industries;
— An understanding of field sales processes, account management and the ability to execute in new markets from scratch.
— Proven experience in lead generation and prospecting, with a focus on B2B lead generation;
— Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools;
— Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills;
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
— Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment;
— Knowledge of the fintech and video games industry is a plus.
