About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on SEO and GEO specialist to own our organic growth engine. You'll own the website and organic channel performance — SEO, content distribution, and how we show up in traditional and AI-driven search — working directly in our tools and CMS, not through an agency.

This is a high-ownership, individual-contributor role focused on depth, not breadth. You won't manage a team or coordinate agencies — you'll bring SEO/GEO expertise the rest of the team doesn't have, and execute the work directly yourself. If you thrive doing hands-on technical SEO and want to own outcomes, this is your seat.

"You'll be the person who makes our marketing measurable, scalable, and impossible to ignore."

Key Responsibilities

SEO, Website & GEO/AEO (Primary Focus)

• Own the website — built on WordPress / Divi — as a lead channel, responsible for traffic, conversion rate, and lead quality end to end, working directly in the CMS.
• Drive conversion optimisation (CRO): run structured A/B and multivariate tests on key landing pages, CTAs, forms, and user journeys to continuously lift conversion rates.
• Lead SEO strategy and execution: in-depth keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical SEO audits, internal linking, and content gap analysis — with a strong bias for continuous iteration, not one-off projects. This work is done directly by you — not supervised through an agency.
• Ensure the site is optimised for Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) — structuring content, schema markup, and site architecture so that AI-powered search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Bing Copilot) surface and cite us accurately.
• Maintain and improve AI crawlability and grounding: manage robots.txt, structured data, llms.txt, and other signals that govern how AI crawlers index and represent our brand in generated answers.
• Act as primary point of contact for our external web agency — briefing, steering, and QA-ing development and design projects to ensure deliverables are on time, on brief, and aligned with our marketing and SEO goals. This covers development/design builds only — SEO strategy and execution remain yours, not the agency's.
• Implement and maintain tracking (GA4, GTM, pixels) for clean, reliable data flows across all touchpoints.
• Translate SEO and GEO insights into clear, actionable content briefs for the content team — define target keywords, instruct content creation, and close content gaps.

Content Distribution (Executional)

• Publish and distribute content across the website, LinkedIn (organic + ads), email, and other channels, in coordination with the content team.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all channels.

HubSpot — Marketing & Content Hub

• Work comfortably within our existing HubSpot Marketing & Content Hub setup — workflows, forms, and lists are already configured; you don't need to build or administer the system, just use it effectively for content distribution and lead handoff.

Reporting — MQLs & SALs

• Monitor SEO and content performance using GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio (or similar).
• Interpret performance data, draw conclusions, and surface clear recommendations for improvement.

Profile

• 6+ years in a hands-on SEO, Technical SEO, or Organic Growth role — direct execution experience, not agency-managed.
• Working familiarity with HubSpot marketing automation tools — expected baseline, not a differentiator.
• Proficiency with SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or equivalent) and hands-on technical SEO experience. (Must-Have)
• Hands-on WordPress & Divi experience — comfortable managing pages, templates, and plugins. (Must-Have)
• Solid grasp of web analytics: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio or similar.
• Strong, hands-on understanding of GEO principles — structured data, entity optimisation, llms.txt, and AI-first content strategy.
• Strong analytical mindset — you think in funnels, cohorts, and conversion rates.
• Clear communicator who translates data into compelling stories for non-technical stakeholders, particularly when briefing content creators on SEO-driven priorities.
• Highly autonomous, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience guiding or briefing content creators using SEO/keyword data — e.g., defining target keywords, identifying content gaps, and instructing content production.

Zoot Offers

• Competitive salary and a high-quality working environment.
• Know-how, professionalism, and an international market-leading reputation.
• Interesting and challenging international clients and projects.
• Highly motivated, highly qualified team of friendly colleagues.
• Flexible working schedule.
• Financial support for relevant certifications and professional events.

About Us

We're building a wellness ecosystem to help people establish healthier habits. Our roadmap for the next year includes 10 new mobile apps, supplement brands, a fitness band, and a ring.

Our team has already built a profitable mobile app business in the utility sector, and now we’re applying our experience to the health and wellness niche. Supported by an established international business group with over 25 years of experience in the digital sector, we're combining the stability of a mature business with the speed and ownership of an early-stage team.

If you're excited by the opportunity to shape products from their earliest stages, make an impact through your work, and grow alongside the business, we'd love to meet you!

About the Role

Mission

Build a data-driven product development process by defining, tracking, and analyzing key metrics across the entire user journey.

Key Challenges

Establish scalable analytics frameworks, standardized reporting, and reliable data instrumentation across multiple mobile products.

Team

You'll work closely with Product Managers, Marketing, and Engineering, serving as the primary analytics partner for our mobile apps.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Product Managers and Marketing to define, track, and analyze key metrics across the entire user journey — from pre-install acquisition to monetization,
• Build and maintain scalable analytics frameworks across multiple Android and iOS applications, ensuring consistent data quality and consistent metric definitions,
• Lead data instrumentation by defining tracking requirements, event structures, and implementation standards across all products,
• Create and maintain dashboards using Looker, Tableau, Mixpanel, or similar tools to enable data-driven decision-making across Product, Marketing, and leadership,
• Measure and analyze the impact of product features, onboarding flows, AI-powered functionality, and marketing campaigns on acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization,
• Own analytics for a portfolio of mobile products while documenting and standardizing metric definitions and reporting frameworks.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar analytics role,
• Advanced SQL skills with experience working with large-scale datasets,
• Strong proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar,
• Experience using Python or R for statistical analysis, automation, and data modeling,
• Experience with LTV and revenue forecasting,
• Strong understanding of advertising monetization, product analytics, web analytics, and subscription-based business models,
• Experience with database design and UML diagrams,
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and analytics engineering tools such as dbt,
• English level C1 or above.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the Health & Wellness, mobile apps, or subscription-based products domain,
• Experience working in an early-stage product environment,
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation.

What We Offer

• Competitive base salary based on your experience, with the opportunity to discuss a performance bonus after successfully completing the probation period,
• Fully remote work with a flexible schedule aligned with the European time zone,
• The opportunity to join us at an early stage and help shape both our products and the way we work,
• High ownership, autonomy, and direct influence on product decisions,
• A fast-moving, collaborative environment with minimal bureaucracy,
• Work alongside experienced Product, Marketing, Data and Creative professionals while building products for a global audience,
• Potential relocation support, discussed individually.

Ready to Make an Impact?

We'd love to hear from you.

We are looking for an experienced full-stack engineer who works primarily through AI tools and can take ownership of features end to end. You will join a German product team building business software and mobile apps for their clients.

The working language is German: meetings, specifications and client communication are all in German.

This is not a classic "write code all day" role. Most of the implementation is done together with Claude and other AI agents. What matters is that you understand the whole system, ask the right questions, judge whether a solution is good enough, and move tasks forward independently.

What you will do
• Deliver features across backend, web frontend and mobile apps, working mainly through AI coding agents (Claude Code or similar)
• Research unfamiliar parts of the system, evaluate the existing implementation and propose what to change
• Clarify requirements directly with the German team and with the client, including business questions
• Work with databases, REST APIs and integrations with the client's ERP and third-party systems
• Spot problems on your own and resolve them
• Take tasks from ticket to release, including testing and handover

Requirements
• 5+ years of commercial software development
• Real full-stack experience: backend, web frontend and at least some mobile development
• Experience with .NET/C# or the ability to work in it confidently; Node.js, React and React Native are also relevant
• Good SQL skills and experience with REST APIs and system integrations
• Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor or similar) in real projects, not only for autocomplete
• German at C1 level or higher; you must be comfortable leading a technical or business conversation in German
• Independence: you find the information you need and do not wait for detailed instructions

What we offer
• Remote work, long-term project with a German product team
• A role where AI-driven development is the standard way of working, not an experiment

About Us

We're hiring on behalf of our partner — a company that powers the operations behind regulated and high-risk industries.

They give fast-moving businesses in these spaces the structure, compliance and talent they need to scale — without slowing down.

Some things don't show up in a report until it's too late. Our partner is looking for someone who spots them anyway.

About the Role

They're hiring an AML & Compliance Analyst with hands-on experience in KYC/AML operations within crypto, iGaming, or FX.

This isn't a purely strategic or audit-only role — you'll be in the day-to-day: reviewing customer files, checking transaction alerts, verifying due diligence, screening for sanctions and PEPs, and making judgment calls on what needs to be escalated. On top of that, you'll help build and refine the quality processes that make all of this faster and more accurate over time.

You'll work closely with Compliance, Operations, and Management, owning both the daily casework and the bigger-picture improvements. If you've operated in high-speed, high-volume environments before and know how to stay sharp when things move fast, keep reading.

What We're Looking For

This is a role for someone who's hungry to build, not just maintain. You'll get the most out of it if you:

• Come from crypto, iGaming, or FX and have real, hands-on experience with KYC and AML operations — not just theory
• Take high ownership by default — you don't wait to be told, you see what needs doing and do it
• Are proactive, spotting risks and gaps before they're flagged by someone else
• Thrive under pressure in fast-moving, high-volume environments with constant case queues and shifting priorities
• Have a genuine appetite to learn — regulations, red flags, and industry tactics evolve fast, and you want to stay ahead of them, not catch up
• Are adaptable, comfortable moving between casework, investigations, and process improvement without losing accuracy
• Want to build something real — a stronger AML function because you were in it

What You'll Own

• Handle day-to-day KYC/AML casework — review customer onboarding files, verify identity and source-of-funds documentation, and conduct ongoing due diligence in line with risk-based procedures.
• Monitor transactions & detect red flags — review alerts, transaction patterns, and customer activity to identify unusual or potentially suspicious behavior in real time.
• Screen for sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media — run and assess screening results, resolving true/false positives accurately and efficiently.
• Investigate & escalate — assess suspicious activity, document findings, and escalate cases (including SAR/STR-level decisions) in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Build & improve quality controls — develop, implement, and maintain QA processes that keep casework accurate and consistent as volume grows.
• Identify risks before they escalate — conduct regular audits and reviews of internal processes and controls to catch gaps early.
• Strengthen AML processes — work with Compliance and Operations to refine controls, procedures, and reporting accuracy based on what you see in the day-to-day.
• Own compliance communications — monitor incoming compliance-related emails, flag what's urgent, and escalate to management without delay.
• Manage multiple priorities — juggle live casework, investigations, and QA projects simultaneously, without losing accuracy or organization.
• Stay ahead of change — continuously build your knowledge of AML/KYC regulations, risk indicators, and best practices specific to crypto, iGaming, or FX.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in KYC/AML operations, transaction monitoring, or financial crime prevention — ideally within crypto, iGaming, or FX
• Practical, working knowledge of KYC procedures, customer due diligence, sanctions/PEP screening, and SAR/STR processes
• Solid understanding of AML regulations, risk-based approaches, and compliance best practices in fast-moving financial environments
• A sharp, analytical, investigative mindset — you notice inconsistencies and patterns others miss
• Comfort operating with high ownership and autonomy, proactively identifying what needs to happen next
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure and tight deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail
• A genuine self-learner mindset — curious, adaptable, and always looking to sharpen your regulatory and technical edge
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to raise findings and escalate concerns clearly
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (relevant industry experience weighed heavily)

What You'll Get

• Competitive salary aligned with your experience
• Comprehensive benefits package
• Continuous professional development in a space that never stops evolving
• A fast-paced, high-ownership environment where initiative is rewarded and compliance is treated as a competitive edge, not a formality
• Direct collaboration with Compliance, Operations, and Management, with real influence over how casework and controls evolve
• A role built for people who want to build, not just maintain

Think You Have the Eye for Risk?

If you come from crypto, iGaming, or FX and know your way around a KYC file as well as you know AML regulation — if you question procedures instead of just following them, and you're hungry to build something stronger — this is your next challenge.
