AI-First Full-Stack Engineer

We are looking for an experienced full-stack engineer who works primarily through AI tools and can take ownership of features end to end. You will join a German product team building business software and mobile apps for their clients. 

The working language is German: meetings, specifications and client communication are all in German.

This is not a classic "write code all day" role. Most of the implementation is done together with Claude and other AI agents. What matters is that you understand the whole system, ask the right questions, judge whether a solution is good enough, and move tasks forward independently.

What you will do
• Deliver features across backend, web frontend and mobile apps, working mainly through AI coding agents (Claude Code or similar)
• Research unfamiliar parts of the system, evaluate the existing implementation and propose what to change
• Clarify requirements directly with the German team and with the client, including business questions
• Work with databases, REST APIs and integrations with the client's ERP and third-party systems
• Spot problems on your own and resolve them
• Take tasks from ticket to release, including testing and handover

Requirements
• 5+ years of commercial software development
• Real full-stack experience: backend, web frontend and at least some mobile development
• Experience with .NET/C# or the ability to work in it confidently; Node.js, React and React Native are also relevant
• Good SQL skills and experience with REST APIs and system integrations
• Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor or similar) in real projects, not only for autocomplete
• German at C1 level or higher; you must be comfortable leading a technical or business conversation in German
• Independence: you find the information you need and do not wait for detailed instructions
