• Rebuild and refactor the existing Salesforce HR/recruitment module for better performance and usability
• Design and implement new flows, validations, and automations using Apex, Lightning, and point-and-click tools
• Integrate third-party APIs and GenAI tools to enhance recruiter productivity
• Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions
• Maintain clean, well-tested code and contribute to technical documentation
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce development and administration
• Strong command of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and standard/custom objects
• Deep understanding of workflows, validation rules, triggers, and integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service Cloud
• Practical knowledge of deploying changes via Change Sets or ANT
• Solid English skills (B2+), including reading technical documentation and active participation in meetings
Nice to Have
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Admin)
