Come build something true with us.

We’re True Sea Moss, a fast-growing wellness brand built on the healing powers of one of nature’s oldest superfoods: sea moss.

No powdered promises. No pretty lies. Just clean, potent nourishment pulled from the wild and delivered to the people who need it most.

Learn more about our products: https://trueseamoss.com/

As we grow, we’re looking for a Product Coordinator — someone who will become the eyes and hands for our core product lines (gummies, capsules, sea moss). Your mission: to make sure we never face the moment when an order arrives and the product isn’t there.

You’ll keep the flow running: tracking stock, planning packaging, aligning with logistics, and making sure every channel, from online to retail to distributors, gets what it needs, when it needs it.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Monitor stock levels across warehouses and alert the procurement team before supplies run low.
    • Collect and prioritize orders from all sales channels (online, retail, distributors) and plan product allocation.
    • Build packaging and shipping plans: how many jars, boxes, or units need to be prepared and where they should go.
    • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production to keep the flow seamless.
    • Maintain simple reports and tables to track stock, planned shipments, and product needs.

    What You Bring

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize under pressure.
    • Clear and proactive communication style: you don’t wait, you anticipate.
    • Basic comfort with spreadsheets and reporting.
    • Ability to work on LA or LATAM zone.

    Why Work With Us

We’re building something with depth and direction. No shortcuts. No hype cycles. You’ll be part of a team that actually listens, tests, learns, and evolves — and you’ll have a direct impact on how our products reach the people who need them.

Here’s How We Back Our Words with Care:

    • Welcome pack and custom True Sea Moss merch to start strong
    • Sports reimbursement to support your mental and physical well-being
    • Additional vacation days beyond standard holidays
    • Coaching & career development sessions to fuel your growth
    • Corporate English lessons to sharpen communication
    • WHOOP membership to support your health and recovery
    • Coworking membership for flexibility and focus
    • Sabbatical options after long-term contributions
    • Travel and project grants to support personal growth and creativity

So — if you’re ready to keep the flow moving and make sure True Sea Moss products are always there when needed, we’d love to meet you.
