We are launching a new arbitrage division focused on the Indian market and are seeking entrepreneurial affiliate managers to build this business from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to act as a de-facto co-founder within an established company.

    Ideal Candidate:
    We are looking for a data-driven performance marketer with deep expertise in the Indian affiliate landscape. You have a proven track record of scaling gambling/forex campaigns and are fluent in both driving traffic and navigating the complexities of the market.

    Main Responsibilities

    Strategy & Launch:

    – Develop and execute a India-specific Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for affiliate campaigns
    – Select and onboard key traffic sources; continuously test and optimize for performance (CPA, ROI, LTV).
    – Analyze and adapt payment flows and user journeys for local market specifics.

    Traffic Acquisition & Scaling:

    – Manage and scale large-scale campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Google UAC, DSP, Push, native ads)
    – Implement strategies to bypass platform restrictions and mitigate fraud.
    – Build and maintain automated systems for tracking performance, payouts, and affiliate ROI.

    Partnership & Network Management:

    Operational & Analytical Management:

    – Utilize advanced analytics for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting on campaign performance

    Mandatory Requirements

    – 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or affiliate management, with a proven focus on the Indian gambling/betting market
    – Demonstrable experience managing monthly advertising budgets exceeding $100k
    – Deep understanding of Indian user behavior, payment methods, and cultural nuances
    – Advanced analytical skills (Excel/Sheets, Data Studio, BI tools); ability to model and forecast performance.
    – Fluent English for partner and network negotiations
    – Experience with anti-fraud systems and bypassing ad platform restrictions is a strong plus.
