    We are looking for a skilled DevOps Team Lead to join our Developer Experience team.
    The goal of our team is to enable ~400 software developers in 3Shape to ship production-ready software products to 3Shape customers whenever they want, through a fully automated delivery pipeline.
    The team consists of engineers specialized in developing software, developing build and deployment pipelines and maintaining mission critical services.
    We grow together as a team, proactively help each other out and have fun while working on the projects.
    Most of your tasks will come from the roadmap defined together with software developers from all over the organization. Examples include major migration from Jenkins and TeamCity to GitHub Actions and development of a complex test framework integrated into build pipelines.

     

    Your key responsibilities will be:

    • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Building the next generation CI/CD pipelines for building, deploying, and monitoring 3Shape products.
    • Guiding team growth through hiring, 1:1s, and performance reviews
    • Implementing telemetry and logging
    • Monitoring and reacting to incidents
    • Deploying and maintaining Cloud-based architecture
    • Maintaining existing CI/CD solutions for 3Shape products.
    • Participating in the various Scrum activities in the team.
    • Ensuring department solutions live up to the quality level agreed upon in the team.
    • Communicate with the stakeholders

       

    To succeed in your role, you should possess the following skills and competencies:

    • Education in Software Engineering and/or Computer Science
    • 2+ years of experience as a People manager
    • Practical experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps
    • Profound experience in GitHub Actions, Artifactory, PowerShell and Docker
    • Natural curiosity for new technology trends
    • Good knowledge of Terraform, vSphere and Azure
