Remuneration depends on skill level, ownership, and the value you can create. For this role, we expect most candidates to land around 2k-3k $/month, with room to go higher for someone who can take serious ownership from day one. Across the company, our technical compensation range is roughly 1.5k-5k $/month, from junior to senior-level contributors. We don’t care much about years of experience on a resume; we care about what you can actually deliver. • Oversee the full client journey: from lead qualification and onboarding to integration, operational support, and portfolio optimisation.
• Take over qualified leads from the Sales pipeline, assess suitability, and guide partners through onboarding requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication between Compliance, Risk, Operations, Technical, and Finance teams.
• Monitor key indicators such as volumes, chargebacks, reserves, margins, and overall risk exposure.
• Support Compliance and Risk teams during periodic reviews, ODD, and KYC/KYB updates.
• Ensure partner activities remain aligned with scheme rules and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track all partner interactions, documentation, and operational updates.
• Provide structured feedback on product needs, market trends, and recurring partner requests.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of experience in account management, partner management, or client success within a PSP, fintech, or acquiring organisation.
• Strong understanding of card acquiring processes: transaction flows, settlements, chargebacks, reserves, and scheme compliance.
• Proven experience managing relationships with ISOs, PSPs, or technology-driven partners.
• Hands-on experience with merchant onboarding and knowledge of KYC/KYB, risk assessment, and due diligence processes.
• Ability to interpret performance data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
• High level of independence, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We're looking for a sharp, curious, and driven Data Engineer to join Forecasa, a U.S.-based data startup delivering high-quality real estate data and analytics to lenders and investors.

You'll be part of our Data Acquisition & Quality team, helping scale and improve the systems that collect, validate, and monitor the data powering our platform. We've built serious AI-augmented development workflows internally - Claude Code, autonomous agents, GitLab-based orchestration - and we're looking for engineers who've already formed their own opinions about how to work effectively with these tools.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain Python-based web scrapers, using AI coding assistants to accelerate development while applying your judgment on reliability and edge cases
• Use tools like Selenium, BeautifulSoup, Pandas, and PySpark to extract and normalize data efficiently
• Package scrapers as Docker containers and deploy them to Kubernetes
• Create and manage Airflow DAGs to orchestrate scraping pipelines
• Build data validation pipelines to catch anomalies, missing values, and inconsistencies
• Review and refine AI-generated code for production reliability
• Set up Grafana dashboards to monitor pipeline health and data quality metrics

The role

Reporting to the Data Lead, you will be responsible for delivering analytical outputs, maintaining data integrity, and supporting the development of reusable analytics assets. Your key responsibilities will include:

Data Analysis & Insight
