The team
You will join a highly professional design powerhouse consisting of a Lead UI/UX Designer, a Senior Graphic Designer, and a Senior UI/UX Designer.
Because we manage a high volume of global sub-projects simultaneously, we maintain a senior-heavy team to ensure quality and creative autonomy across all adaptations. You will also work closely with our PM and the developers’ team on the client’s side to bring your designs to life.

How many stages of the interview are there?

Досвід та технології, які нам важливі:📚

🔹 5+ років комерційного досвіду у розробці програмного забезпечення;
🔹 Практичний досвід проєктування та еволюції архітектури веб-систем (моноліт - модульний моноліт - мікросервіси, event-driven, API-first);
🔹Глибоке володіння PHP та фреймворками Laravel / Symfony / Yii (на рівні внутрішньої архітектури, lifecycle, DI, middleware, ORM);
🔹Відмінне розуміння ООП, SOLID, GRASP, Clean Architecture, Hexagonal / DDD-підходів;
🔹Досвід прийняття архітектурних рішень: вибір патернів, технологій, компромісів між швидкістю, вартістю та масштабованістю;
🔹Досвід роботи з реляційними БД (MySQL, PostgreSQL):

• проєктування схем;
• оптимізація складних запитів;
• індекси, транзакції, міграції.

🔹Практичний досвід з CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins або аналоги);
🔹Досвід технічного лідерства: наставництво, код-рев’ю, технічні рішення для команди (Tech Lead / Team Lead / Architect);
🔹Досвід планування технічної дорожньої карти, оцінки задач, визначення технічних пріоритетів;
🔹Розуміння та практичний досвід роботи з інфраструктурою (Dedicated та Cloud-середовища).

🔹Досвід побудови та масштабування high-load систем;
🔹Практичний досвід з мікросервісною або event-driven архітектурою (RabbitMQ / Kafka / SQS тощо);
🔹Досвід роботи з Docker / Kubernetes;
🔹Знання та практичне застосування CQRS / Event Sourcing;
🔹Досвід побудови API (REST / GraphQL) для зовнішніх клієнтів;
🔹Досвід впровадження спостережуваності: logging, metrics, tracing (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Sentry);
🔹Досвід участі у технічному аудиті або рефакторингу legacy-систем;
🔹Розуміння безпеки веб-додатків (OWASP, auth, rate-limiting, secrets).
 

Обов’язки:💼

▪️ Формувати та реалізовувати технічну стратегію і архітектурне бачення продукту;
▪️ Проєктувати надійну, масштабовану та підтримувану архітектуру систем;
▪️ Приймати ключові архітектурні та технологічні рішення;
▪️ Керувати та менторити команду (Backend / Frontend / DevOps);
▪️ Контролювати повний життєвий цикл розробки: від ідеї до продакшену;
▪️ Забезпечувати якість коду, стабільність, продуктивність і безпеку;
▪️ Перетворювати бізнес-вимоги у чіткі технічні рішення та специфікації;
▪️ Брати участь у hands-on розробці, коли це доцільно;
▪️ Вибудовувати ефективні процеси моніторингу, логування та обробки помилок
▪️ Прогнозувати технічні ризики, борги та proactively пропонувати рішення
