About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on QA Engineer to join our team and take ownership of quality assurance across multiple Magento e-commerce projects. You'll be responsible for testing new features, validating migrations and upgrades, investigating production bugs, and ensuring seamless third-party integrations — all while working closely with our development and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities

• QA & Functional Testing — Design and execute test cases for Magento storefronts, including checkout flows, CMS pages, product catalogs, and order management
• Bug Investigation & Triage — Reproduce, investigate, and document bugs across payment gateways (CreditGuard), ERP integrations (Priority, Comax, Boss), and front-end tracking systems
• Migration & Upgrade Testing — Validate Magento version upgrades (e.g., 2.4.x patches), data migrations (categories, products, URL redirects, CMS pages), and go-live readiness
• Analytics & Tracking QA — Verify Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Facebook Pixel, and Conversions API (CAPI) implementations to ensure accurate event tracking and data consistency
• Third-Party Integration Testing — Test marketing system integrations, ERP order synchronization, shipping module upgrades, and CDN caching solutions (Cloudflare)
• Deployment Validation — Validate deployment pipelines (Deployer), staging environments, and configuration management workflows
• GDPR & Compliance Testing — Test cookie consent implementations, GDPR popups, and assess their impact on traffic and analytics
• Documentation — Create user guides, test case documentation, and setup procedures
• Service Desk Support — Handle and resolve customer-reported issues via the service desk

Requirements

• 2+ years of QA experience in e-commerce or web application environments
• Strong knowledge of Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce — understanding of its architecture, admin panel, catalog, checkout, and CMS
• Experience with bug tracking tools — Jira proficiency is a must
• Familiarity with analytics platforms — Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel / CAPI
• Understanding of web technologies — PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics

Media Buyer

We are an E-commerce advertiser working across high-volume performance campaigns. We’re looking for an experienced Media Buyer with a strong background in Nutra and/or E-commerce who understands how to scale profitably — not just spend budget.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who has managed significant daily spend,

understands risk management, and can explain exactly how they scale campaigns while

You will be the first in-house Media Buyer pushing the buttons internally, so we need

As a Senior Paid Search Media Buyer, you will be the driving force behind our clients’ paid search success. Collaborating closely with CMOs and Creative Teams, you’ll develop and execute cutting-edge paid search strategies that maximize ROI and fuel business growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Advanced Paid Search Strategies: Develop and execute sophisticated paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other relevant platforms, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Spearhead Feed Optimization: Manage and optimize product feeds in Google Merchant Center, ensuring accurate, high-performing product data through advanced attribute optimization and troubleshooting.
• Implement Conversion Tracking: Set up and refine eCommerce conversion value tracking, integrating seamlessly with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to support intelligent bidding strategies like tROAS.

Job Requirements

To excel in this role, you must bring a wealth of experience and expertise:

Experience

5-7+ years managing eCommerce paid search campaigns, with a proven track record of scaling DTC brands and lead-generation campaigns.

Platform Expertise

Extensive experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display), Microsoft Advertising, and familiarity with emerging platforms like TikTok Ads or Pinterest Ads.

Feed Optimization

Advanced proficiency in Google Merchant Center, including feed management, attribute optimization, and resolving complex feed issues.

Conversion Tracking

Deep understanding of eCommerce conversion value setup, GA4 integration, and advanced bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS, manual CPC).

Lead Generation

Proven success running lead-generation campaigns on Google, including landing page optimization and lead nurturing.

Technical Skills

Graphic Designer  – Email Marketing Agency

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our email marketing agency. In this role you will be responsible for two equally important things: independently designing high-converting email campaigns and landing pages in Figma based on detailed briefings, and independently reviewing email designs created by other designers in our team — evaluating their work, writing precise revision notes per brand, and approving final versions for delivery.

You will work across our diverse portfolio of e-commerce clients, with a strong focus on visual quality, conversion-driven design, and brand consistency. We expect a sharp eye for spacing, hierarchy, and what actually makes advertising creative work — not just designs that look nice, but designs that perform.

Key Responsibilities

1. Email Campaign Design (Figma)

• Independently translate detailed briefings into visually striking, on-brand email designs in Figma.
• Build campaigns that are not only beautiful but optimized for clarity, hierarchy, and conversion across desktop and mobile email clients.
• Maintain pixel-level consistency with each brand's visual identity, components, and design system.

2. Design Review & Revision Management

• Independently review email drafts produced by other graphic designers across all client brands.
• Evaluate work against brand guidelines, performance principles, and our internal quality standards.
• Document clear, structured, actionable revision notes per brand — so that the responsible designer can implement changes without ambiguity.
• Approve and release final designs once they meet our quality bar.

3. Landing Page Design

• Design conversion-focused landing pages that complement email campaigns: visual hierarchy, focal points, CTA placement, and on-brand storytelling.
• Ensure landing pages and emails feel like a single coherent experience for the end customer.

4. Photoshop & Asset Production

• Use Photoshop confidently for retouching, compositing, image preparation, and creative asset production.
• Optimize all visuals for email delivery (file size, format, resolution).

5. AI-Powered Workflow

• Actively use AI tools (Claude in particular) in your daily workflow — for ideation, briefing analysis, copy iteration, asset preparation, and quality checks.
• Stay curious and current. AI tooling is evolving fast, and we expect every team member to evolve with it. Willingness to experiment with new AI workflows is essential.

Required Skills & Experience

• Excellent skills — in landing page design and graphic design — strong portfolio is mandatory.
• Deep understanding — of spacing, white space, hierarchy, contrast, focal points, and what makes advertising creative actually work. Not just aesthetics — effectiveness.
• Advanced — Figma skills — collaborative design, components, auto-layout, design system management, prototyping.

Working Environment

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) in a fast-paced agency environment. You will work closely with our founders, account managers, and other designers across roughly 50 active client brands.
