Media Buyer
The Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Media Buyer to take ownership of paid acquisition across multiple channels. You’ll be responsible for planning, launching, and scaling campaigns that directly impact revenue.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands performance marketing deeply and knows how to turn ad spend into profitable growth.
What You’ll Do
- Launch, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across platforms (Meta, being our main).
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, and offers to improve performance
- Analyse key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates) and make data-driven decisions
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability
- Collaborate with creative and operations teams to improve funnels and customer journeys
- Identify new opportunities, channels, and strategies for growth
Helping build scalable marketing infrastructure and processes, while supporting team management
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer
- Strong understanding of paid social and/or search platforms
- Analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and scaling
- Experience with high-volume or performance-driven campaigns (e-commerce, lead gen, or similar)
- Ability to move fast, test aggressively, and iterate based on data
- Self-starter mentality — you take ownership and get things done
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with tracking tools, attribution models, and funnels
Creative strategy input (ad angles, hooks, messaging)
