• Maintain relationships with partners and support further cooperation.
   

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, B2B Sales, or a related role;
• Strong English for business communication and negotiations;
• Experience independently researching companies and finding decision-makers;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to manage the full process from initial outreach to a concrete agreement;
• Experience working with international markets.

Experience in Defense Tech, UAV, Hardware, Robotics, or other technology products would be a strong advantage.
