Sales manager

About the role
We are looking for a Sales Manager with hands-on experience in B2B sales and increase sales.

We are looking for someone with practical experience in sales, international client acquisition, and outbound activities. Experience in e-commerce sales will be a strong advantage.
 

What you’ll do:

• identify and acquire new B2B clients;
• work with outbound and inbound leads;
• conduct negotiations and present our services;
• manage the sales process from the first contact to closing;
• build and maintain relationships with existing clients;
• identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities;
• work with LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and other lead generation channels;
• establish and manage company profiles on LinkedIn, Upwork, and outreach platforms;
• maintain CRM;
• analyze sales results and optimize lead generation approaches.
   

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ year of experience in B2B sales;
• hands-on experience in e-commerce sales;
• proven experience in lead generation and outbound sales;
• experience with LinkedIn, Upwork, and email outreach;
• ability to manage the full sales cycle independently;
• strong communication and negotiation skills;
• experience working with CRM systems;
• English — C1–C2;
• knowledge of the IT, design, or development services market is a plus.
   

Nice to have:

• experience selling IT / Web / Mobile Development or Design services;
• experience working with international clients;
• an existing network or database of potential clients;
• understanding of e-commerce business models and client needs.
