Business Development and Integration Manager

We are looking for a Business Development & Integration Manager to develop international technology partnerships in the defense and unmanned systems sector.
 

The main focus of the role is identifying potential partners among US, UK, and Ukrainian companies, reaching the right decision-makers, developing partnership opportunities, and turning them into successful technology integrations.
 

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential technology partners in the US, UK, and Ukraine;
• Find and reach relevant decision-makers within target companies;
• Manage outbound communication and initial partnership discussions;
• Present potential integration opportunities and identify mutual value;
• Negotiate partnership and integration agreements;
• Coordinate the process from the first contact through integration;
• Maintain relationships with partners and support further cooperation.
   

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, B2B Sales, or a related role;
• Strong English for business communication and negotiations;
• Experience independently researching companies and finding decision-makers;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to manage the full process from initial outreach to a concrete agreement;
• Experience working with international markets.

Experience in Defense Tech, UAV, Hardware, Robotics, or other technology products would be a strong advantage.
