Required skills

self-driven, proactive and energetic person with an analytical mindset;

freedive in MS Excel, Google Docs, etc.;

at least Intermediate English level;

willing to work in a team and truly be a part of the whole.

Will be a plus

Basic understanding of Ukrainian IT market;

Understanding of different recruitment tools, search channels, sourcing tricks;

Experience in recruiting in the IT industry is desirable, but not obligatory.



Responsibilities

Actively source candidates by using internal database, job boards and other resources;

Take part in CV screening according to the requirements;

Compose mind-blowing (but truthful) internal CVs for our clients;

Keep recruiting statistics and reporting up to date;

Stuff yourself with all the useful info (working with recruiting team, attending trainings and conferences, reading prof literature, etc)
