    Your impact:

    • Drive improvements in internal HR processes by identifying gaps and proposing actionable, data-driven solutions.

    • Take ownership of the full employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

    • Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment activities, conduct culture interviews, and ensure alignment between team needs and hiring decisions.


    About you:

    • 3+ years of experience in HR & Recruiting, ideally in fast-paced or growing organizations.
    • Strong understanding of the employee life cycle and the ability to implement best practices at each stage.
    • Proven experience leading performance review processes and supporting career growth initiatives.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building trusted relationships across all levels.
    • Confident in partnering with hiring managers to define talent needs and deliver effective hiring outcomes.
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
    • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to resolving employee-related challenges.
    • Analytical thinking and the ability to derive insights from HR metrics and feedback.

    In this role, you will:
