    Requirements:

    We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our Family office team that is based in 4 different countries (Ukraine, UK, Cyprus, UAE) with the main office in Cyprus to oversee the HR

    function for the whole business unit. As the sole HR professional in this unit, you will manage and execute all aspects of HR, including onboarding, documentation, employee relations, performance management, benefits, events and other. Additionally, you will collaborate with HR colleagues from other business units to share knowledge and ensure alignment of HR strategies.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    ● Manage and execute onboarding, offboarding and employee relations.

    ● Manage cooperation with a recruiter (vendor), perform recruiting of particular roles if necessary.

    ● Support employee relocations and settling-in services.

    ● Create HR-related policies, procedures, and instructions.

    ● Oversee employee benefits and monitor staff performance.

    ● Administer compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.

    ● Organize team- building activities and foster workplace engagement.

    ● Manage employee documents and ensure legal compliance.

    ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and administer the HR system.

    ● Define and execute the learning and development programs to support employee

    growth, upskilling, and career advancement, ensuring that training initiatives align with

    organizational goals.

    ● Collaborate with HR colleagues from other business units to ensure strategic alignment.

    ● Execute other HR-related activities as assigned.

     

     

    Requirements:

    ● Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in a business unit with

    regionally distributed teams.

    ● Strong knowledge of HR processes, recruitment strategies, and employment laws.

    ● Experience with compensation, benefits administration, and employee rewards

    programs.

    ● Proven ability to design and implement Learning and Development programs to support

    employee growth, skill enhancement, and career development.

    ● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing documents and

    compliance-related matters.

    ● Ability to plan and execute team-building activities and support employee relocations.

    ● Strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment and manage employee

    relations effectively.

    • Actively support Team Leads/ Operation Managers in their quest to set up and manage high-performing teams, help to identify and resolve issues before they affect teams’ performance
    • Establish and maintain trustful cooperation with the team, proactively interact with team members, and be there when needed.
    • Act as a main point of contact for all HR related staff
    • Conduct regular feedback talks and performance reviews

    • Run activities in internal local channels, track the effectiveness, results, and work on needed improvements
    • Manage internal communication calendar for the Europe location

    What will make you successful in the position:

    • Required 1+ years of experience in Human Resources or People Managing role. Additional experience in Internal communication or HR branding (internal and external) will be a plus

    • Experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS), BambooHR preferably
    • Strong Microsoft services knowledge (Excel specifically)
