Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, initial selection, interviewing candidates for open vacancies, and offering consulting to hiring managers.
- Provide support to newcomers during the relocation and adaptation period.
- Oversee the onboarding and exit processes for all new hires and leavers.
- Conducting 1:1 interviews and providing updates to management.
- Organizing corporate events for different teams and the whole office.
- Maintain and update internal knowledge bases and systems.
