What Youβll Be Driving:
β Contributing to the development and execution of L&D strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals;
β Advocating for and implementing constant learning and development opportunities according to L&D plan for employees at all levels;
β Helping design and implement learning processes that align with business needs and provide an engaging learning experience;

β Collaborating with internal stakeholders and other departments to identify business needs, skills gaps and learning objectives for the development of effective learning solutions;
β Partnering with the HR function for the integrated projects execution;
β Manages external vendor relationships, ensuring they align with internal L&D goals and enhance program delivery;
β Supporting the improvement of learning solutions by gathering feedback, tracking data, KPIs and recommending changes to enhance effectiveness;
β Monitoring and executes specific L&D KPIs to ensure process quality.What Makes You a GR8 Fit:
β 3+ years as L&D Manager/L&D Lead/L&D Project manager/in Senior L&D roles;
β Proven experience in implementation of talent development initiatives and delivering L&D projects;
β Proven experience in designing and managing effective training programs based on adult learning principles;

β Solid project management skills with the ability to handle multiple L&D initiatives and track KPIs;
