We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our Family office team that is based in 4 different countries (Ukraine, UK, Cyprus, UAE) with the main office in Cyprus to oversee the HR
function for the whole business unit. As the sole HR professional in this unit, you will manage and execute all aspects of HR, including onboarding, documentation, employee relations, performance management, benefits, events and other. Additionally, you will collaborate with HR colleagues from other business units to share knowledge and ensure alignment of HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
β Manage and execute onboarding, offboarding and employee relations.
β Manage cooperation with a recruiter (vendor), perform recruiting of particular roles if necessary.
β Support employee relocations and settling-in services.
β Create HR-related policies, procedures, and instructions.
β Oversee employee benefits and monitor staff performance.
β Administer compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
β Organize team- building activities and foster workplace engagement.
β Manage employee documents and ensure legal compliance.
β Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and administer the HR system.
β Define and execute the learning and development programs to support employee

What will make you successful in the position:
