Creator and Influencer Partnerships Manager (AI Content)

We’re an early-stage startup in the AI-generated video space, working closely with creators of AI series, films and short-form storytelling. We’re looking for someone who will find these creators, build relationships with them and bring them into partnerships with us, as well as run integrations with bloggers in the AI space.

What you’ll do

• Find AI video creators on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts
• Reach out, present partnership opportunities and close deals
• Onboard creators and support them through the first weeks of collaboration
• Find and build relationships with bloggers who teach AI content creation
• Negotiate and manage integrations: sponsored videos, tutorials, collaborations and affiliate partnerships
• Brief bloggers, coordinate timelines and track integration results
• Keep a database of creators and bloggers and track the outreach funnel
• Share feedback from creators and bloggers with the product team

What we’re looking for

• Experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, BD or community management
• Hands-on experience negotiating and running blogger integrations
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube content and creator culture
• Clear, personal writing; outreach messages that get replies
• Persistence and a polite, consistent follow-up style
• Interest in AI video tools is a big plus
• Russian/Ukrainian and English
