Team Lead Media Buyer

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Team Lead Media Buyer to build, manage, and scale a Facebook media buying team focused on Tier-1 Gambling / Betting.

We need a strong hands-on leader with deep expertise in Facebook Ads, a systematic approach to campaign management, and the ability to build an efficient team and deliver consistent results.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and scale a team of Facebook Media Buyers.
• Develop and implement traffic acquisition and scaling strategies for Tier-1 GEOs.
• Monitor team performance, profitability, and key campaign metrics.
• Establish systematic approaches to testing, optimization, and budget allocation.
• Support buyers in solving operational and technical challenges.
• Analyze results, identify growth opportunities, and improve team efficiency.
• Collaborate with Affiliate / BizDev, creative, and PWA development teams.
• Help establish processes that support sustainable growth and profitability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Facebook Media Buying within Gambling / Betting.
• Hands-on experience managing a team of Media Buyers.
• Strong expertise in Tier-1 GEOs.
• Experience with CPA and performance-based buying models.
• Strong understanding of campaign analytics, scaling, and profitability metrics.
• Ability to build processes, set priorities, and drive team performance.
• A data-driven mindset and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
