We are looking for a strong CMO / Chief Marketing Officer to join an international product company in the Nutra vertical and lead the development and scaling of its marketing function across international markets.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy
• Scale user acquisition and revenue across Europe and LATAM
• Lead key performance channels: Affiliate, Facebook, and SEO
• Develop the affiliate ecosystem and build relationships with key webmasters and traffic owners
• Analyze channel performance and key metrics including ROI/ROMI, CAC, and LTV
• Identify growth opportunities and scale successful sources and campaigns
• Build, manage, and optimize the marketing budget
• Lead and develop the marketing team, set KPIs, and drive performance
• Work closely with Product, Analytics, Creative, and other internal teams
• Build strategic partnerships and represent the company at international industry conferences

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in performance / digital marketing
• Experience as a CMO, Head of Marketing, Head of Performance, or at a comparable level
• Mandatory Nutra experience
• Strong understanding of Affiliate Marketing, Facebook, and SEO
• Experience working with international GEOs, particularly Europe and LATAM
• Proven experience building and managing marketing teams
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• Experience working with webmasters, affiliate partners, and traffic sources
• English B2+
• Willingness to attend international industry conferences

We are looking for a strong Team Lead of Affiliates to join an international company operating in the Nutra vertical across European and Latin American markets.

What you’ll do

• Build, develop and manage an Affiliate team of 3–4 people
• Hire, onboard, motivate and mentor Affiliate Managers
• Develop and grow relationships with international webmasters and partners
• Scale traffic volumes and expand the partner network
• Support Affiliate Managers with launches and day-to-day challenges
• Monitor traffic performance, analyze data and optimize key metrics
• Resolve partner-related issues and maintain a high level of service
• Attend industry conferences and develop new partnerships

What we’re looking for

• 1–2+ years of experience in Nutra
• 2+ years as a Team Lead of Affiliates or comparable management experience
• Proven experience working with international markets and foreign partners
• Experience managing a team of 3+ people
• Strong expertise in working with webmasters and traffic sources
• Solid knowledge of Facebook and SEO traffic
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
• Experience with European teams/webmasters is highly preferred
• Experience with Asia, LATAM, the US or UAE is a plus
• English — B2+
• Ukrainian and Russian — C1+
• Willingness to travel to industry conferences
