Junior Video Content Manager

We’re looking for a Junior Video Content Manager to help us manage and grow content accounts across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
You’ll be working with short-form video content, finding trends, adapting videos for different platforms, and helping our accounts grow through consistent and engaging content.
 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Find interesting and trending content every day within specific niches and topics
• Identify and track down the original sources of videos
• Download, organize, and manage content materials
• Do basic video editing and adapt content for different platforms
• Prepare videos and posts for publishing
• Publish and cross-post content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Help warm up and grow new social media accounts
• Reply to comments and maintain audience engagement
• Keep a simple content and performance tracking spreadsheet
• Monitor performance and identify content that starts gaining traction
• Keep up with current social media trends, formats, memes, and viral content

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• A strong understanding of TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and short-form content
• Good content taste and an eye for potentially viral videos
• Attention to detail and the ability to work quickly
• Basic video editing skills
• Willingness to learn and experiment
• Good organizational skills and consistency

It’s a plus if you have experience with

• TikTok / Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts
• CapCut
• Canva
• ChatGPT and other AI tools
• Content management or social media accounts
• Finding viral/trending content and analyzing its performance
