Media Buyer/ iGaming / Facebook

We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer to join our team and take ownership of traffic acquisition and scaling through Facebook Ads in the iGaming vertical.

Responsibilities

- Launch, manage, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads;

- Work with the iGaming / Gambling vertical across different GEOs;

- Test new traffic combinations: creatives → audiences → offers → landing pages;

- Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities;

- Optimize campaigns based on key metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CPA, CPL, CR, FTD, Deposit, GGR, and LTV;

- Work with advertising accounts, trackers, and analytics tools;

- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient traffic acquisition;

- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, offers, and campaign strategies;

- Scale profitable campaigns and quickly identify and stop underperforming ones;

- Work closely with Creative, CRM, Affiliate, and other teams;

- Research and implement new approaches to Facebook traffic acquisition.

Requirements

- 1+ year of experience as a Media Buyer;

- Strong hands-on experience with Facebook Ads;

- Experience in iGaming / Gambling / Betting;

- Solid understanding of traffic arbitrage and unit economics;

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions;

- Good understanding of key performance metrics: ROI, ROAS, CPA, CPL, CR, FTD, LTV;

- Experience with trackers and analytics systems;

- Proven ability to scale profitable campaigns;

- Experience managing significant advertising budgets;

- High level of ownership, proactivity, and result-oriented mindset;

- Willingness to constantly test new hypotheses and approaches.

Would be a plus

- Experience working with Tier-1 GEOs;

- Proven experience scaling Facebook Ads in iGaming;

- Experience managing large monthly advertising budgets;

- Understanding of iGaming bonus economics and key product metrics;

- Experience with anti-fraud systems and advanced traffic acquisition tools.
