About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on SEO/GEO Specialist who will personally build, execute, and optimize our organic growth strategy with one primary goal: generate qualified leads for the agency through organic traffic.

This is an execution-heavy role. You should be comfortable doing the work yourself - from keyword and competitor research to content planning, on-page SEO, technical optimization, link building, GEO/AEO optimization, content production, and performance analysis.

What you'll do

• Build and execute an SEO/GEO strategy focused on generating qualified leads for the agency.
• Research high-intent keywords, competitors, target industries, and search opportunities.
• Create and optimize landing pages, service pages, blog content, and other organic acquisition assets.
• Optimize the website and content for Google and AI search platforms including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews.
• Build topical authority through internal linking, link building, digital PR, and content distribution.
• Track organic traffic, rankings, leads, booked calls, and conversions, and continuously optimize for revenue rather than vanity metrics.

You will feel happy in this role if you have

• For the SEO/GEO role, I’d adapt the requirements to focus much more on lead generation, commercial SEO, and AI search visibility:
• Hands-on experience building and managing SEO strategies that generate leads. You know how to turn organic search demand into qualified inquiries, not just increase traffic or rankings.
• Strong practical experience across SEO and GEO. You should be comfortable with keyword research, content strategy, on-page SEO, technical SEO, internal linking, link building, and optimizing content for AI search platforms.
• Experience working with an agency or service-based business is a strong advantage, particularly if you understand how to target high-intent searches for high-value services rather than relying on informational traffic.
• Strong understanding of search intent and conversion. You can identify which keywords and topics are commercially valuable, build content around them, and structure pages and funnels to turn visitors into qualified leads.
• Advanced written and spoken English. You’ll be working closely with content creators and marketers and need to confidently develop briefs, edit content, and communicate SEO/GEO strategies.
• A strong analytical and experimentation mindset. You can analyze rankings, organic traffic, leads, conversions, and AI search visibility, identify what isn’t working, test hypotheses, and continuously optimize for qualified leads and revenue.

Compensation structure

Fixed salary (upon negotiation) + employee benefits.

1. Every month, you get a fixed allowance allocated to spend on any activity that makes you happy and relaxed. It can be a regular hobby (e.g., dancing, gym, horse riding) or a one-time expense (e.g., SPA, shooting, massage, yoga class). The choice is yours.

About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on Outbound Marketing Manager who will personally build, launch, and optimize outbound campaigns across multiple channels.

This is an execution-heavy role. You should be comfortable doing the work yourself — from researching target accounts and building lead lists to writing outreach copy, setting up campaigns, launching ads, and analyzing performance.

You’ll have support from a junior marketing team member who can assist with research, list building, campaign setup, reporting, and other execution tasks. However, you will be expected to own the campaigns and remain hands-on in the work yourself.

• Launch and manage LinkedIn lead-generation campaigns targeting the right companies and decision-makers.
• Set up and run cold email outreach, including lead lists, sequences, follow-ups, and deliverability.
• Set up and optimize digital advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and booked calls.
• Research target accounts, industries, and decision-makers, and build high-quality prospect lists.
• Write and test outbound messaging, email copy, LinkedIn outreach, ad copy, and offers.
• Build and improve simple sales funnels from first touch to qualified lead or booked meeting.
• Track performance across reply rates, booked calls, lead quality, conversion rates, and cost per lead, and continuously optimize.

You will feel happy in this role if you have

• Hands-on experience building and managing outbound sales funnels. You know how to create systems that consistently generate qualified leads, not just traffic or awareness.
• Practical experience with multiple outbound channels, especially LinkedIn lead generation, cold email outreach, and digital advertising. If you’ve successfully used other channels, tell us about them in your application.
• Experience working with an agency or service-based business is a strong advantage, particularly if you understand the challenges of selling high-value services rather than physical products or SaaS.
• Advanced written and spoken English. You’ll be creating campaigns, writing outreach copy, communicating ideas, and collaborating with an international team.
• A strong analytical and experimentation mindset. You can look at funnel numbers, identify what isn’t working, develop hypotheses, run tests, and continuously improve conversion rates and lead quality.

We are looking for a Marketing Associate who would be responsible for assisting Project Managers and Senior-level employees of the Agency with a multitude of marketing activities, from research to creative content development. A person who will undertake this position will generate long and short-form original content with the main focus on Crypto and Tech. Working in close collaboration with the rest of the team, the Marketing Associate empowers our Clients in the fields of Social Media, PR, Content, and Graphic Design. This is a versatile role which fits an original thinker communicating with power, who is equally comfortable owning the operational details that keep the agency running.

- Research the market, digest complex ideas, and put together execution lists and timelines.
- Support creation of long-form and short-form content such as blog posts and social media posts.
- Assist Project Managers and C-level with daily tasks such as scheduling meetings, answering emails, creating invoices, service agreements, and keeping track of other documentation.
- Provide operational and administrative support to executives, including maintaining calendars, sending reminders, and managing travel arrangements (flights, hotels, logistics).
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in Content development, PR, Social media, Event Marketing, and other fields.
- Help source, vet, and coordinate KOLs and influencers, and help manage outreach and ongoing campaign relationships.

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Marketing field.
- Strong understanding of Web3.
- Excellent communication abilities (oral and written).
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- User of the Google ecosystem (Sheets, Docs, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Canva for basic design work.
- Minimal experience working with influencers and KOLs (sourcing, outreach, and campaign coordination).
- Confident with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) for research, drafting, and productivity.
- Familiarity with social media management and scheduling tools 
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics
- Comfortable drafting business documentation 
- Professional and proactive work ethic.
- Readiness to grow and learn quickly.
- Agency experience is a plus but not required.
