Marketing Manager (B2B)
ROIcamp is a media buying team that works exclusively with the dating vertical. The parent company has been building and monetizing dating products since 2011; the team is 40+ people and fully remote. We buy traffic on Meta, Google, TikTok, push and native placements, and we measure ourselves on paying users rather than on leads.
About the role
ROIcamp has worked in the dating vertical since 2011, running its own funnel through to rebill with steady volumes across Tier-1 and Tier-2 GEOs, the countries our campaigns target. Direct advertisers and networks, however, still discover us mainly through personal introductions. Your mission is to make them come inbound: a prospect reads a case study in a niche outlet, meets us at a conference, receives the media kit, and writes to partners@.
This is marketing measured by deal pipeline rather than by reach. You report to the Head of Media Buying, who runs our paid traffic operation, and work day to day with the Affiliate Manager, who owns relationships with advertisers and partner networks.
What you'll do
- Define ROIcamp's B2B positioning and express why an advertiser should care through numbers and cases rather than slogans.
- Build and maintain the partner toolkit: media kit, one-pagers, decks, and landing pages.
- Plan the European niche conference circuit, from event selection through preparation, meetings, and the booth.
- Convert every event into pipeline through structured post-event follow-ups and warm contact handoffs.
- Negotiate placements: cases, columns, and mentions in affiliate media, meaning the outlets that cover performance marketing, and in industry Telegram channels.
- Launch joint campaigns with the Affiliate Manager, including outreach materials and co-branded activities.
- Run inbound analytics by channel, cost, and conversion to deal, then reallocate effort accordingly.
Requirements
- At least 2 years in B2B marketing with verifiable outcomes in pipeline, leads, or closed deals.
- Full-cycle event experience, from selecting the conference to running follow-ups that convert.
- Structured materials and strong writing: a media kit that readers finish.
- English at B2 or above for correspondence and meetings with international partners.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of the affiliate or performance marketing industry.
- Contacts in niche media or among event organizers.
- Experience working in tandem with a sales or partnerships department.
What we offer
- A direction you build from the ground up: strategy, channels, and the events calendar are your calls.
- A product with real substance behind the case studies: a funnel through to rebill, in-house buying, analytics, and a farm department that prepares and maintains the advertising accounts campaigns run from.
- A conference and PR budget approved against a plan.
- Bonuses tied to the inbound pipeline, so your results convert into your income.
- Fully remote work, with travel limited to the key events.
- Support from the SMM Manager, whose channels are one of your distribution tools.
Growth path
The track runs from Marketing Manager to Head of B2B Marketing, with a team covering SMM, contractors, and PR, your own P&L for the direction, and a voice in choosing GEOs and partner strategy. Promotion is argued on pipeline momentum visible in the CRM rather than on impressions.
Compensation
The base salary is $1,200โ2,000 plus bonuses for the inbound pipeline. Payouts are made on a fixed date each month.
Hiring process
A 30-minute screening call, an interview with the Head of Media Buying, and a case review on reaching partners in a new GEO, followed by an offer. The full process takes up to 10 business days.
