Growth Marketing Manager
About the role:
We are looking for a high-agency Growth Marketing Manager to join our team in Lviv on a full-time hybrid basis. You will report directly to the CMO and focus on high-quality execution of marketing initiatives that drive B2B lead generation and brand awareness, pipeline-contributing execution for our software consultancy services.
This is a hands-on, independent role ideal for a generalist who enjoys wearing many hats. You are expected to turn incomplete inputs (notes, calls, rough ideas) into high-quality, finished marketing assets. You will work largely autonomously with strategic direction and support from the CMO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and execute marketing campaigns and activities across key channels (with strong emphasis on LinkedIn) to generate qualified B2B leads and drive visibility among US-based clients and prospects.
- Take provided content strategy, key messaging, and copy (created by our copywriter) and adapt/implement them into posts, campaigns, website updates, email sequences, landing pages, and other materials — ensuring native-level English quality.
- Develop case studies and proof content from customer calls, recordings, and interviews — extracting key outcomes, structuring narratives, and preparing publish-ready drafts that can be deployed across channels.
- Manage day-to-day digital marketing execution: social media publishing and engagement, paid campaigns (where applicable), website content updates, lead nurturing activities, and performance tracking.
- Proactively identify and test new tactics to scale efforts efficiently, with a  GenAI-first approach – you should already be actively using generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or similar) to streamline content adaptation, campaign ideation, A/B testing, reporting, and workflow automation; your goal is to improve output speed and volume without sacrificing quality.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide clear reports and optimization recommendations to the CMO.
- Collaborate closely with the CMO, sales team, and copywriter to align marketing activities with business goals.
- Support various marketing projects as needed – from event promotion to partner outreach – in a fast-moving consultancy environment.
Build and maintain target account and contact lists (VCs, CTOs, strategic partners, etc.) to support outbound efforts – preparing data, messaging inputs, and campaign assets.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in IT services, software development, or tech consultancy.
- Proven track record of executing lead generation and brand awareness campaigns, with measurable outcomes (leads, pipeline contribution, engagement metrics).
- Proven high-agency operator: you take ownership of tasks from brief to finished output with minimal supervision, without waiting for step-by-step direction.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills (all company leadership and clients are US-based; all external copy must sound natural and professional; this includes recognizing and correcting generic or unnatural AI-generated copy).
- Comfortable adopting and optimizing marketing technology tools and platforms (LinkedIn Ads/Organic, Google Analytics, email platforms, CMS, SEO tools, etc.). Exact stack will be defined together, but you must be quick to learn and optimize new tools.
- Strong ability to repurpose a single idea or asset across multiple formats and channels (LinkedIn posts, emails, case study excerpts, landing page copy, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience adopting and actively using GenAI tools to enhance marketing productivity and scale workloads.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and results-oriented approach.
What We Offer:
- A collaborative international team working with US-based clients and global technology companies.
- Ownership of meaningful marketing initiatives and visibility into their business impact.
- Daily English-language communication in a supportive working environment.
- Hybrid work, with time in our Lviv office.
- 18 working days of paid vacation, 10 paid sick days, and Ukrainian public holidays.
