About the role:
We’re looking for a GenAI Engineer to design and build production-grade AI capabilities, including intelligent agents, LLM-powered features, and workflow automation. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into a large-scale, customer-facing product.

You’ll join a US-based team developing one of the world’s leading enterprise video platforms, used by thousands of organizations worldwide for live streaming, virtual events, online training, webinars, and other interactive experiences.
Requirements:

• Strong software engineering background (Python preferred)
• Proven track record of building production-grade GenAI applications
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks
• Practical experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Amazon Bedrock, or similar AI platforms
• Strong system design and problem-solving skills
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher 

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS and cloud-native applications
• Exposure to MCP, AI automation, or multimodal AI 

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered features using modern LLMs
• Develop AI agents, tool-calling workflows, and RAG systems
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise products through APIs and MCP
• Optimize prompts, model performance, and AI quality
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions

About the Role:

Our client runs a leading browser-based video platform for live streaming, conferences, webinars, and training, supporting thousands of simultaneous viewers. We’re looking for a Senior/Lead QA Engineer to own QA strategy across the entire product lifecycle — raising quality standards, maturing QA processes, and introducing modern AI-driven testing practices. You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, and design, balancing hands-on testing with strategic ownership.

Requirements

• 7+ years in QA with a track record of shipping high-quality software
• Strong manual, exploratory, and risk-based testing skills
• Experience building QA strategy at team or product level
• Solid grasp of SDLC and Agile/Scrum
• Comfortable with defect tracking/test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.)
• Exposure to CI/CD (Jenkins, Maven, or similar) and cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• Experience testing web and mobile apps across browsers/platforms
• Upper-intermediate+ English
• Hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) for test design, defect analysis, test data, or documentation, plus awareness of AI’s limitations (hallucinations, inconsistency) and how to validate its output
   

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-powered testing platforms (Mabl, Testim, Applitools)
• Test automation exposure, or experience with flaky-test reduction
• Familiarity with testing AI/LLM-based APIs
• Experience mentoring QA engineers and leading QA initiatives across teams
   

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve QA strategy across the product lifecycle
• Build and maintain test plans, cases, and scenarios
• Lead functional, regression, exploratory, and integration testing
• Own defect lifecycle and quality bug reporting
• Partner with engineering, product, and design on acceptance criteria
• Bring AI tools into QA workflows to boost efficiency and coverage
• Track QA metrics and mentor junior/mid-level QA engineers
