ServiceNow Principal / Lead Architect

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join us as an external technical consultant supporting our hiring process.

This is not a development role. We are looking for a senior-level ServiceNow expert who can evaluate candidates, conduct technical interviews, and provide expert recommendations for hiring decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical interviews for ServiceNow professionals
• Assess candidates' technical and architectural expertise
• Provide structured interview feedback and hiring recommendations
• Consult on role requirements and candidate profiles
• Participate in discussions regarding competencies and evaluation criteria
• Share expert insights on ServiceNow technologies, architecture, and best practices

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in IT
• Strong hands-on and architectural experience with ServiceNow
• Experience working as a Senior, Lead, Principal, or Architect-level specialist
• Experience conducting technical interviews and evaluating candidates
• Ability to assess both technical skills and overall candidate fit
• Experience communicating with clients, stakeholders, and business teams
• Strong English communication skills
