Growth Marketing Manager / Marketing Manager

FinProstir is a crypto exchange service with 8 years of experience in the market. We provide online and offline crypto exchange services, bank card payouts, and cash payouts through our partner network in 40 countries.

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will take ownership of customer acquisition and help us grow through measurable and scalable marketing channels.

What you’ll do

• Develop and test acquisition channels: affiliate/CPA, Telegram communities, exchange aggregators, SEO, influencers/KOLs, referrals.
• Find and negotiate with affiliate partners, media buying teams, Telegram channels, influencers, and other partners.
• Manage marketing contractors: SEO, design, web development, etc.
• Build and improve retention and referral activities.
• Track performance using UTM, GA4, and basic marketing analytics.
• Analyze new clients, CAC, conversions, repeat rate, and channel performance.
• Prepare short weekly reports and propose new growth opportunities.

What we’re looking for

• 1+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing.
• Ability to independently launch and evaluate marketing tests.
• Experience working with partners and contractors.
• Strong ownership and a result-oriented mindset.

Experience in crypto, fintech, affiliate marketing, Telegram marketing, or media buying is a strong advantage.

Compensation
