Telegram Media Buyer / Channel Manager (iGaming)

We are looking for a Telegram Media Buyer / Channel Manager who will be responsible for user acquisition through Telegram across CIS GEOs.

The main focus of the role is buying advertising directly in Telegram channels, testing new traffic sources, analyzing placement performance, and scaling successful campaigns.

The role also includes developing and growing the project’s own Telegram channel.

Responsibilities

— Search for relevant Telegram channels for advertising placements;
— Communicate and negotiate directly with channel owners and publishers;
— Plan, launch, and manage Telegram seeding campaigns;
— Track and analyze placement performance;
— Optimize traffic acquisition based on results;
— Test new Telegram traffic sources and approaches;
— Scale successful placements and partnerships;
— Support the growth and development of the project’s own Telegram channel;
— Cooperate with the team on content and advertising creatives;
— Monitor competitors and market trends.

Requirements

— Hands-on experience buying advertising directly in Telegram channels;
— Good understanding of Telegram traffic acquisition and channel seeding;
— Experience working with CIS GEOs;
— Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate advertising performance;
— Experience testing and scaling traffic sources;
— Ability to communicate and negotiate with publishers and channel owners.

Nice to have

— Experience in iGaming / Betting / Affiliate Marketing;
— Experience growing or managing your own Telegram channels;
— Existing network of Telegram channel owners or publishers.
