Team Lead Media Buying (iGaming)

We are expanding our Media Buying department and looking for an experienced Media Buying Team Lead who can combine hands-on traffic acquisition with strong leadership and team management.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys scaling profitable campaigns, building efficient processes, and helping media buyers achieve outstanding results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Media Buying team.
• Monitor team performance and ensure KPI achievement.
• Launch, optimize, and scale paid traffic campaigns together with the team.
• Manage traffic acquisition performance and budget allocation.
• Analyze department metrics and identify growth opportunities.
• Improve technical infrastructure and workflows.
• Oversee tracking systems and advertising tools.
• Develop and implement new testing strategies.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a Media Buying Team Lead.
• Hands-on experience in iGaming traffic acquisition.
• Experience managing advertising budgets of $30,000+ per month.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Deep understanding of Facebook Ads.
• Ability to coach and develop Media Buyers.
• Strong decision-making skills based on data.

• Facebook Ads Manager.
• Keitaro.
• Anti-detect browsers.
• Traffic automation tools.
• App rental services.
• Android / iOS / PWA.
• API & S2S integrations (nice to have).
