Media Buyer (Middle) iGaming

We are growing our in-house B2C iGaming product and looking for a Middle Media Buyer to strengthen our acquisition team.

You will be responsible for launching, optimizing, and scaling Facebook/Instagram campaigns across Turkey and LATAM, with future expansion into new GEOs.

We are looking for someone who thinks beyond traffic acquisition and understands the full performance funnel—from acquisition to profitability.

Responsibilities

• Launch, optimize, and scale Facebook & Instagram campaigns.
• Manage paid traffic across Turkey and LATAM.
• Analyze campaign performance using ad platforms, trackers, and CRM.
• Test creatives, funnels, and traffic hypotheses.
• Prepare creative briefs tailored to specific GEOs.
• Work with Android, iOS, and PWA applications.
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics including CTR, CPA, ROI, LTV, and NGR.
• Analyze cohort profitability
• Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target KPIs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Media Buying experience in iGaming.
• Hands-on experience with Turkey and/or LATAM markets.
• Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $50,000+.
• Strong expertise in Facebook Ads.
• Experience with Keitaro or similar tracking platforms.
• Understanding of cloaking, anti-detect browsers, account farming.
• Basic knowledge of API and S2S integrations.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid understanding of ROI, CPA, CTR, LTV, and NGR.
• Ability to independently test, analyze, and scale campaigns.

• Experience launching new GEOs.
• Understanding of LATAM and Turkey payment ecosystems.
• Product analytics experience.
• Experience with PWA.
