We're looking for a Casino Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of our casino content strategy, game provider relationships, and product development initiatives. In this role, you'll work closely with leading game providers, Product, CRM, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure our casino offering remains competitive, engaging, and aligned with business goals.

What You'll Do

Casino Content & Provider Management:

• Manage relationships with existing game providers and establish communication with new partners.
• Coordinate game launches, provider integrations, and ongoing content updates.
• Collect and maintain information about new games, providers, upcoming releases, and technical capabilities.
• Work closely with providers to implement new features, promotional mechanics, and exclusive content.
• Prioritize provider integrations based on business strategy, player demand, and commercial value.
   

Product & Promotions:

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns together with CRM and Marketing teams.
• Analyze promotion performance and recommend improvements based on data and player behavior.
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams to improve casino content presentation and player engagement.
• Participate in product planning by suggesting new features, game categories, and casino improvements.
• Support the continuous optimization of the casino lobby and overall player journey.
   

Market & Competitor Analysis:

• Monitor market trends, new providers, and industry innovations.
• Conduct competitor analysis across target markets, identifying provider portfolios, promotional activities, and casino features.
• Analyze competitors' game categorization, lobby structure, and content presentation.
• Prepare insights and recommendations to strengthen Pelkino's competitive positioning.
• Identify new growth opportunities through market research and industry analysis.
   

What We're Looking For

Must-Have:

• 1+ year of experience in the iGaming industry, preferably in Casino Management, Game Provider Relations, Casino Content Management, or Product Management.
• Strong understanding of online casino products, game providers, and current industry trends.
• Experience working with casino content, game launches, or provider integrations.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher for communication with international providers.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently.
   

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming, Nolimit City, Relax Gaming, or similar.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or Trello.
• Knowledge of casino KPIs, player behavior, retention mechanics, and game performance analytics.
• Experience collaborating with CRM, Product, Marketing, and BI teams.
• Understanding of promotional mechanics, tournaments, jackpots, and gamification.
• Experience working in a product-focused or startup environment.
