$$$
Product

PromoRepublic is a Ukrainian Finnish B2B SaaS company helping multi-location brands and franchise organisations manage marketing across hundreds or thousands of local businesses.

Our platform brings social media, reputation management, listings, local visibility, content governance, digital asset management and AI powered workflows into one operating environment. It gives central teams control and insight while helping local teams execute better marketing with less manual work.

Our customers are enterprise brands, franchise groups and marketing organisations across North America and Australia.

We are now building a new Marketing function from the ground up. The first two hires are a General Marketing Manager and a Content Writer.

The role

We are looking for a senior, hands on General Marketing Manager to establish and run the Marketing function.

You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and work closely with the CEO, Product, Sales and Customer Success.

This is a broad role, but not a one person marketing department. Your job is to set priorities, build the operating rhythm and personally drive the highest impact work while using the Content Writer, specialist contractors, agencies, automation and AI to create leverage.

You will own the function, but you are not expected to be the deepest specialist in every discipline.

What you will own

1. Marketing strategy and priorities

• Translate company and revenue priorities into a clear Marketing strategy and quarterly plan

• Define target audiences, market priorities, campaigns and expected outcomes

• Build the Marketing calendar, operating rhythm, scorecard and budget recommendations

• Decide what to start, improve, pause or stop

2. Demand generation and pipeline contribution

• Build campaigns for priority industries, accounts and buyer groups

• Support inbound, outbound, ABM and reengagement motions

• Work with Sales to improve lead quality, handoff and progression

• Measure Marketing contribution to qualified pipeline and diagnose conversion gaps

3. Positioning and product marketing

• Own and continuously improve PromoRepublic’s positioning and messaging

• Translate product strategy and AI capabilities into clear commercial narratives

• Lead priority product launches and coordinate website, sales and campaign assets

• Build differentiated messaging, competitive narratives and customer proof for priority segments

4. Content, website and customer proof

• Set content strategy, briefs and editorial priorities in collaboration with the Content Writer

• Turn customer insight, product releases, webinars, research and market trends into commercially useful content

• Build a repeatable system for case studies, vertical proof and sales enablement

• Own Marketing priorities for the website and improve key conversion paths

• Use webinars, roundtables and selected events where they support pipeline, relationships or reusable content

5. Marketing operations, lifecycle and AI

• Own lead nurturing, newsletters, event follow up and reengagement programmes

• Work with Revenue Operations on HubSpot automation, attribution and data quality

• Use AI and automation to reduce repetitive work across research, campaigns, content workflows, reporting and lifecycle marketing

• Build practical, reusable workflows for briefing, repurposing, analysis, quality control and knowledge reuse

• Evaluate tools based on measurable value and workflow fit, while maintaining factual accuracy, human judgement and brand standards

How success will be measured

Expected measures include:

• Qualified pipeline created

• Sales accepted and sales qualified opportunities

• Lead to opportunity conversion

• Campaign and website conversion

• Lifecycle and reengagement performance

• Product launch quality and readiness

• Customer proof and sales enablement delivered

• Delivery against quarterly Marketing priorities

• Efficiency gains from AI enabled and automated workflows

What success looks like in the first 90 days

• Understand the company strategy, product, customers, markets and current funnel

• Audit existing assets, campaigns, systems, data and external partners

• Define the immediate Marketing priorities, scorecard and operating rhythm

• Launch or improve the first priority campaigns and nurturing programmes

• Improve the most important positioning, website and sales assets

• Establish a repeatable content and customer proof process with the Content Writer

• Implement the first practical AI enabled workflows with measurable efficiency or quality gains

• Improve Marketing reporting and pipeline visibility

What we are looking for

You should have:

• Strong B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or another complex product environment
• Strong hands on execution across demand generation, positioning and product marketing
• Commercial mindset and confidence using funnel and campaign data to make decisions
• Comfortable turning an agreed strategy into focused campaigns, content and go to market activity
• Strong cross functional collaboration with Sales, Product and Customer Success
• Strong English communication, operational ownership and practical use of AI and automation in day to day marketing work

Particularly valuable experience

• Marketing to multi location brands, franchise organisations or enterprise SaaS
• Product marketing for SaaS or AI products
• Account based or vertical marketing
• Customer stories, case studies and commercial storytelling
• AI enabled marketing workflows, automation or no code tools

The person who will succeed here

You are likely to succeed when you:

• Bring structure without overcomplicating things
• Are comfortable moving from planning into hands on execution
• Think in terms of business outcomes, not activity for activity’s sake
• Can prioritise well when time and resources are limited
• Use data to challenge assumptions and improve decisions
• Naturally look for ways to automate repetitive work with AI and other tools
• Take ownership and keep a high quality bar

Why join now

You’ll join at an interesting stage: the product, customer base and market knowledge are already there, while the Marketing function is being rebuilt and sharpened.

You’ll work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, Product, Sales and Customer Success and have real influence over how Marketing operates and grows.

There is a lot to build, but also plenty of existing customer insight, product knowledge and commercial context to work with.
