Requirements:

✦ A minimum of 3 years of practical experience as a Motion Designer in a professional setting; 
✦ Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator; 
✦ Strong portfolio demonstrating high proficiency in 2D animation, motion graphics, and video editing; 
✦ Skilled in video editing, post-production, color grading, and compositing; 
✦ Strong understanding of core animation principles, typography, composition, and visual storytelling; 
✦ Detail-oriented with a proactive creative mindset; 
✦ Passionate about digital design trends and pushing the boundaries of web animation.
 

Responsibilities:

✦ Create high-quality 2D animations and motion graphics elements for web applications, social media, and promo materials; 
✦ Animate digital assets, including typography, UI elements, vector illustrations, and visual effects; 
✦ Edit, composite, and polish video footage using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; 
✦ Collaborate with design, development, and SMM teams to align motion assets with the overall project vision; 

✦ Communicate with project managers and clients to understand requirements and project objectives; 

✦ Optimize animation and video assets for seamless performance across web platforms; 
✦ Stay updated with the latest industry trends and motion design techniques.
